I am extremely dissatisfied with their billing and coding practices. My wife and I went in with a healthcare memo from my employer describing the wellness exam we needed. It was only a wellness exam, but because of their coding practices and disregard for the healthcare memo we provided the nurse, they accumulated over $1500 worth of charges for what was an annual wellness exam.

Dr kellouge is wonderful doctor most compassionate doctor but I will never go back DUE TO THE RUDENESS of his nurse. And PA Brock lost 2 patients 1st post was removed regarding todays events, said nothing about the events of today that was not true. Why was first post removed.....
