I have been taking my little boy there for a couple of years. One thing I didnt care for was how they pushed the advise on feeding him formulas and juices when I was a breastfeeding mom. They would tell me he was underweight. Doctors are too used to caring for children raised on formula. They are usually very chubby. Mine was slim, so they automatically assume he is not getting enough to eat. At six months of age they wanted me to stop feeding him breast milk all together. They also didnt want me to give him water, but instead give him juice. Needless to say, I ignored everything they said and kept on breastfeeding him and giving him water. He is a very healthy little boy. He is almost two and a half years old and I am still letting him have breastmilk.They could also improve their shot giving. That nurse was cold and too focused on getting the job done rather than being comforting.

Dr. Challa was my daughters doctor for years I was a young mom and trusted her she told me my child was scratching herself for attention she suffered from eczema My child struggled in school for years because Dr Challa told me nothing was wrong even with her I keep taking her back saying something is wrong she took some blood work and told me the results came back there was no way she could have a mental health condition or any disability and told my daughter she was bad she told me that it was just bad behavior she had trouble with her speech I asked for help she said she was fine years later she had surgery for her speech and was diagnosed with autism as well she really hurt my childs feelings and self esteem and delayed the process for her to get the help she needed instead she got in trouble at school and thought she was bad

Dr. Challa dont know what she is talking about and is always rude with me! Took my daughter in for a cold bc it wasnt getting better and got told dont come in for every little thing that she was fine and only has allergies... Also got told taking my daughter to the er was unnesscary.... Needed her formula changed and that was a hassle. I refuse to return to her and in the process of changing her doctors now!

If I could give them no stars I would . I took my daughter in because her head was having pain. My daughter told the nurse her bio moms bf has been hitting her in the head and Dr. Challa refused to examin her . She was rude and I will not be taking my daughter back . Terrible service and the Dr is extremely unprofessional !

Worst doctor ever. She is so judgy, she lies about what she told me about my daughter. Would not recommend to anyone. She has the worst attitude. DO NOT TAKE UR CHILD HERE. The receptionist is rude as well and will catch an attitude regardless of ur approach.

I used to take my daughter to Dr. Challa back in 2004 and I never liked her or any of her workers there. There were ALWAYS very rude! When I had my second child, I decided it was time to change doctors, I did not want to go through the same experience again.

It was the wrost office I ever went to the lady at the front desk put the wrong date for my sons appt and didnt even apologize she looked at me like I was stupid. I promise you if there was not any kids around I would have slapped her

My daughter just had her 4yr check up and she was seen by Dr. Williams and it was the best and most informative doctors visit We have ever had. Dr. Williams was very kind and funny! The nurse staff was great. Great experience!
