Since 2005, they have taken care of my Schnauzers and cats for routine exams and vaccines as well as for boarding when I am out of town. They have also performed less routine surgeries for growths, spaying, neutering, and other less routine treatments and tests. I have never experienced any negative customer service issues or billing issues. I have compared my experiences with them and a 24-hour emergency clinic that I used primarily for emergencies involving mice poison in one case and a ruptured abscess in another, as well as for other routine care and boarding and Central Animal Clinics customer vet service, billing, and boarding costs are better by a long margin. If Central Animal Clinic was a 24-hour emergency vet clinic, I would have gone there. They also make recommendations when they cannot provide the best service such as when I contacted them with a love bird case (they work primarily with dogs and cats) and for emergencies after hours. I highly recommend this clinic to pet owners who want reasonable fees for routine pet care - people who want a back rub, a pep talk, a soft drink while they wait, or a wide selection of overpriced pet products should try other clinics. Dr. Rose and his staff and other vets that work with him have earned my continued business as long as I live within 30 miles of the clinic.

I took my dogs here for years and most of the time the wait time was ridiculous. They call your name and you wait 15-20 minutes in a room so they can see you for 5 minutes. I stopped going here after they did a biopsy on a growth one of my dogs had. They told me that it wasnt serious and typically dogs with this type of tumor could live for another 5 years. A few months later and several visits later my dogs growth grew noticeably bigger so I decided to take her to a different vet. The vet asked if they ever did any X-rays on her and I said no. They told me that it was too late to do anything and my dog was in a lot of pain. We decided the best thing to do was to euthanize her so she wouldnt have to suffer anymore. I would not recommend anyone going here. My dog would probably still be alive if it wasnt for their misdiagnosis.

I have two beagle/pit mixes and they took very good care of them, they never offered me more medicine or services than we needed and when we requested a service the doctor did not feel was needed, she told us so. I did have a problem with the credit card machine not linking the funds they took from my account to their account but, they said they would call their bank and that seemed to solve the problem. Over all, I would recommend them to any pet parent.

Over the last 20 years Chris has cared for all of our animals (4 dogs,2 cats) and the care has always been excellent! The staff there is very caring and really loves animals. I have used Central Animal Clinic to board the dogs when we are out of town and I know they are walked and cared for while they are there. The medical care and advise has always been excellent. I would highly recommend the clinic to owners who love their pets!

Went to them, as usual, with a sick Boston Terrier. He is old and I am thinking the worst with perhaps heart congestion or pneumonia. Dr Theresa Drake DVM took care of him for the first time and within 24 hours Stoney is 150% better. He is on daily meds, a DIET and exercise just like us humans. He goes back in a week or two and I can hardly wait for the improvement review! Thank you Dr. Drake and Dr. Rose.

Customer service is terrible!!! Tried calling several times to get an appointment booked for my mothers 2 pomeranians and the two differnt girls I spoke to wer very rude and impaitient. I even offered to call back at another time since they were busy and I was hung up on twice!!!! Worst phone skills I have encountered in a long time from a service based business...

I have been taking my animals to Dr Rose and his staff since 1999 , and you could not ask for better care! I am moving back to Canada and will miss the folks at the clinic.I hope am am lucky enough to find a vet that is as caring as all the ones at Central Animal Clinic. Lucky and Sam will miss you as will I. Thank you for all your years of care.

Dr. Rose and his entire staff are the best I know of. Chica is so crazy about the place she insist that I take her there just to get her nails clipped. Crazy dog. For some reason the staff really does give Chica plenty of attention when shes there but then again they dont have to live with her. :D

Found a lost Chihuahua in NE Louisiana. The vet clinic rabies id had Central Animal Clinic listed as vet. Called, but the 5-digit code listed was so out of date, it wasnt in system anymore. Anyone missing a dog that was lost in this area, please call the vet clinic. Thanks!

Ive been taking our dog to Central Animal Clinic since he was a puppy (10 years ago). Great place, great people! Most of the people Ive dealt with over the years have their own dogs and cats. They care for Bear (my dog) like he was their own.

All my dogs have thrived and lived very long in his care. 28 years of care for my animals. Jenny lived to be a 23 year old Rat Terror. When it came time to put them down for old age and genetic booby traps he let me hold them till they passed.
