They got me in very quickly with an Emergency. My dog had bloody diarrhea and thot was parvo. Paid for parvo test and was negative but then needed to pay another 100+ for a blood test to see exactly what was wrong. Asked about Payment plan and was rejected. Got him a shot to calm his stomach but My dog died 4 hours later. I moved to Irving in January and the vets down there work with Payment. So really disappointed that I could have found out and maybe saved him if they wouldve worked with me on a payment. They are friendly and decent Office just dont like that. Money is more important than saving a 7 month old puppies life

The staff as well as Dr. Glenn and Dr. Peterman are so impressive. They seem to love our animals as much as they would if they were their own. My sister and I have co-shared a wonderful cat, who was diagnosed with diabetes over 6 years ago. We lost him today due to renal failure and the doctors and staff were so caring and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a great staff and great doctors. I could go on and on about the assistance theyve provided over the years. Instead, I will end on this note. They are the only place I would take my beloved pets for healthcare needs.

Nothing special. Ive been to a few different vets over the years and this one was the least professional. I made an appointment ahead of time and I still ended up waiting a half hour when I got there and another fifteen after we were taken to a room. The girls at the counter were more interested in giggling about what was on their phone and did not act very professional. They take your email address and email you every day asking you to review them. It is also very pricey. The vet was nice but seemed lacking. You can find a better vet, I promise. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a client of VitalPet - Story Road Animal Hospital for many years and with a succession of dogs. The doctors and staff are highly pleasant, caring, and knowledgeable about pets and their medical issues. Todays visit was a routine annual exam for my healthy 5-year-old dog. I experienced what I always do there -- an amalgam of friendliness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital to any pet owners who live in this area.

I pass by this animal hospital every single morning and I dont know why I waited so long to bring both my fur babies here. I called to schedule an appointment for my puppy and they were very willing to fit him in that same afternoon. Diana was awesome and extremely helpful with getting our dogs prior records. They were even able to fit my second dog in for a grooming that same morning. Wont be taking my dogs anywhere else anytime soon!

My puppy name is Vader I love Per Vital and Dr Peterson was very knowledgeable and have my husband and I both peace when we thought something wrong was happening. They helped in every way possible to answer all of our questions. The employees are all welcoming especially Diana F. It was such a great Dr visit and great grooming service they have definitely become our go to place! And our puppy Vader first choice for everything!

The veterinarians at Vital Pet have always been so kind, honest, and helpful EVERY TIME I have visited!! I have had emergency surgery twice on my pets- and both times they have saved my dogs and did it at a reasonable price! Their office is not in my neighborhood, but they are certainly worth the drive! They really do go above and beyond! I highly recommend Vital Pet- Story Road Animal Hospital!!

I could walk-in after 5 pm and still be seen by the vet, get a nice, professional staff take care of my cat. It wasnt life threatening but it was kind of urgent because he got in a fight and had a badly bleeding wound. I think I will change vet because our regular one wasnt even available until next week. Here they took care everything, first aid and follow up care. They also do boarding and grooming.

I have used Story Road Animal Clinic for over a year. They saved my 17 year old little girl kitty after she had been poisoned. They assisted me with the tough decision to put to rest my little 17 year old boy kitty. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. I know of a lot of people who have switched from Grand Prairie Clinic to Story Road. I would highly recommend this Clinic.

This location is very convenient for me, but there is never room for a large dog to be boarded. I have lived in Irving two years and just used Vital Pet Story Rd. Please look into this situation. I bet there are others who would like to board there large babies there. I had to use another place and she came back with allergies that have had to be treated. A Loyal Client

Always great with my dogs! I have a dog with fear aggression and they always accommodate him. I couldnt take my dog to any other vet, but Vital Pet on Story Rd. always finds a way to work with him. They even boarded our big dog, who gets along with no one, while my wife and I went on our honeymoon. Cant express how thankful our family is to have this Vet Clinic.

Share Your Experience My fur baby hurt her leg and they got her in immediately. Very caring staff and doctors. The vet examined and determined she tore her ACL and referred us to a surgeon. Through them, I am able to get her in to the surgery center faster. She gave pain meds to keep her comfortable till she could resolve the injury. Highly recommend this vet.

I have taken my two older fur babies for several years and recently got another pup. Went and had Dr. Peterman check our baby out and he was so loving and caring. Gave good advise, since I have never owned a Frenchie before. The staff was very pleasant to interact with and would recommend Story Road Animal Hospital to everyone that owns a fur baby.

He is an old dog, and has had several health problems, Dr. Glenn has pulled him through every time.. she is knowledgeable, and persistent, she explains the condition, options, and treatments thoroughly, making it easier to follow the needed steps. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have tried a few veterinarians in the Irving area and I say this is the best place to take your pets. Everyone in the office truly cares for each patient and I would never take them to another vet. The Vets are wonderful, more than competant and really care about each patient they see. Thank you Story Road Animal Hospital!!!!

There really helpful and always help me when I have questions about my pet. and there so nice like today when I took my dog to get her microchip I forgot her petlink ID that they give you and they called me like a minute I left to tell me that I forgot it so I quickly went back for it . I would definitely recommend this place.
