Wow! So I took my 2 cats to be seen here. During my visit with both of them they sold me an 8 month supply of revolution. They literally told me "this will last you 8 months". When I get home there are 8 applicators. I called to see if I was supposed to split it or how I was supposed to use it and they said "its an 8 month supply. You can use it how you want but 1 applicator is 1 dose. So if youre using it for both cats its a 4 month supply." The office manager was extremely rude with snide comments. When I asked to speak with someone higher after she refused to see this is bad business she said I could speak to the owner but she was busy in surgery right now. She also said the owner "isnt as kind as she is".. really? youre interrupting me and making rude unprofessional comments. Then I said thats fine if you could just have her contact me. She said "Yes Ill tell the owner youre upset because you purchased an 8 month supply and you got an 8 month supply and need to be contacted" then she hung the phone up. The owner is supposed to make an appointment with me tomorrow. Luckily this whole conversation was recorded. I will update after speaking with the owner. Update: the owner never even contacted me. I decided its just not worth getting upset over anymore. I would advise you stay away from here though. My cats didnt even like them. And one of them loved our other vet.

The staff and veteranarians here are the kindest and most compassionate group of individuals I have ever encountered. I brought my cat here many times, and the level of care he received, and the promptness of that care is unmatched by any vet that I have ever taken any of my animals to. Not to mention they are so willing to work with you on price, and let you know up front what things can wait and what cant. I will always be grateful to this office for making the hardest moment of my, and my husbands life so much more bearable. When we found out our cat had cancer they took every step and measure to make the last few months of his life as easy as possible, and when the time came to put him to sleep, they were very caring and understanding with us and our beloved cat. I cannot give this place a higher rating than 5 stars, but if I could I would make it 10.

Awesome place!!! Took my cat here after being told on 2 separate visits to another vet my cat was fine and had a standard UTI with no stones or crystals. After a week of watching him decline, we brought him here. They immediately took him to the back and began looking at him and gave us an estimate of all of the possible costs up front! They did learn that he does have crystals and they had been cutting up the inside of his bladder for over a week. Had the original vet got it right the first...or SECOND time he would be fine. Hebron took the proper measures and were thorough in their review of him. I am happy with the results and will make this my first stop from now on for both of my cats.

I found this vet a few months ago, completely by accident. I had no idea a cat-only vet existed. My two boys are completely at ease when we arrive for appointments; and when the vet and the techs walk in, its amazing how calm the kitties are. And the employees are all very kind. The diagnoses seem to be correct, my kitties are thriving. And Ive always been provided an estimated cost for service prior to treatment. If your kitties tense up and hiss and growl at a regular vet, please bring them to this vet. I was amazed at the difference in the kitty demeanor!

They are wonderful!!! Very kind & patient even with a very recalitrant feline. Our cat HATES to have her nails trimmed & has to be sedated. Ive never heard such unhappy, pissed off feline noises! Shes so sweet & laid back st home. They handled her with much patience laced with a healthy amount of caution. This is also where we board our cat when we go on vacations. They have some actual rooms that they stay in & thr front one has a large window for viewing. They dont just stay cramped in a cage.

Love Hebron Cat Hospital. Dr. Durham is the best in the field. To be the only animal hospital in N. TX certified by AAHA gives me confidence. The staff are very friendly. Dr. Durham treated Savannah like she was part of her family. Would highly recommend to everyone...love the cat suites!

Hebron Cat Hospital is a beautiful state of the art all-cat hospital. I don"t have to worry about my cat, Gibson, getting spooked by a dog. Gibson had never liked going to the vet before but he loves Dr. Durham. I am really impressed with Dr. Durham and how she treats her patients.

They are so friendly and take great care of my cats and me!!! Although the do treat dogs ... my kitty cats dont ever have to be around those smelly creatures ;)
