This is the worst doctors office Ive ever had the displeasure of being sent to by the VA!! First, they dont see you by name but by number on a raffle ticket...second the front desk receptionist is rude and inconsiderate! The wait time past my scheduled appointment time is ridiculous to say the least. Dont go to this clinic as you will leave feeling frustrated and angry!!! My appointment was at 0830.....its 1015 and Ive yet to see the doctor.

I being a patient of Dr M for 2 years and he is excellet I can give the Dr a 5 star but....the office waiting time is the worst! 1.5 hrs just to get your vital signs another 1.5 hrs to get a room available for you and another 30 min for the Dr to see you its just ridiculous...and another 15-20 min to get your scrips and next appt expect to be here for 3 to 4 hrs! I wish this office managment would care and do something about it

This is the worst dr you could go to, the waiting time is rediculous , one receptionist for a couple of doctors sharing the same office. You will leave frustrated, tire of sitting down for 3 to 4 hrs, and hungry. As soon as you walk in you can sense the frustration of every pt. My New Years resolution find me another dr.
