The care was superb. The advice excellent. The staff second to none. My only complaint was the doctor was forced by my insurance company to release me before he felt I had recovered adequately. His standard for "recovered" was quite a bit higher than the insurance company. He felt I wasnt in danger of relapsing, but my recovery would be much faster if I could stay another 24 hours. When released I couldnt walk 200 feet and had trouble going up 3 stairs. Following the Docs instructions to the letter, after a week I still wasnt 100%, but I could walk a mile and function about normal, albeit slower. When I went in for the followup after that week at home, the tests showed I was right at the recovery level where the BMC doctor would have released me - after another 24 hours care. Clearly, the Doc knows more than the insurance company. Had I stayed at BMC, I would have been able to function in another 24 hours, but it took an extra week because of the insurance company. The goal of the insurance company appears to be minimum hospital cost, not fastest recovery. I have a robust immune system and general constitution. Id bet a lot of people who are not as strong end up back in the hospital if they have my insurance company preventing Doctors from practicing to their own standards.

If you are a foreigner, stay away from this clinic unless you are desperate. Go instead to the High Country Healthcare Clinic near Citymarket where you will pay a 1/3 of the price, you get the bill immediately and can claim your insurance straight away. The clinic experience was efficient and professional but the billing feels like a scam. We were asked to pay a $200 deposit and the staff had no idea how much the consultation would be. When I got home, I got a letter from Ovag, a Swiss agency in charge of payment collection without a bill attached, just the amount owed which seemed very high for an ordinary 20 minute consultation. After speaking across time zones (very inconvenient) to the clinics original billing department, I could confirm the agency wants to collect the full amount before taking into account the deposit. Not sending the bill to the client is very unprofessional and keeping us in the dark. Ive waisted so much time on the phone and now have to chase the bill with a third party. Once the whole thing will be sorted I will still have to pay fees for an international bank transfer to the US. This is all so ridiculous just for a quick doctor consultation. I give 1 star for the terrible customer service after the consultation, not because of the quality of care. Stay away!

Beware: clinic scammed me. The clinic itself was fine, though very expensive, however a month after my visit I received a letter from a collection agency chasing after me for $225USD, though my bill was paid in full by credit card. Then I call to discuss it with their billing department and they are closed, with no ability to leave a message. Talk about scam. Update: finally got ahold of them. They are saying the cost at their clinic was $200 "facility fee" plus $225 to see the doctor. At the clinic, I was told it was $200, no additional fee was ever discussed. When I checked out and paid, they charged the agreed upon $200, and no mention of any other fee. I received a letter dated 3 days after my visit from a collection agency based out of Switzerland. This was, in my opinion, a planned scam. Buyer beware.

Great experience. Here on ski vacation and our daughter got a fever and started vomiting. When we walked in the waiting room was quite full so we anticipated a long wait. We were immediately helped with minimal paperwork to fill out as far as doctor offices go. They were cycling people in and out quickly. We were back in a room and they were checking her out in less than 15 minutes. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Staff was very nice. I was very sick and I felt as if they were rushing me out of there. They did not meet all of my needs and I felt like it was a huge waste of money, Im covered under Kiaser so basically Im not covered. I had to ask the nurse one last question and the doctor did not even acknowledge me. I should have traveled to Denver to see my doctor, no one cares about you in a tourist town.

Broke my wrist on peak 9 terrain park. Waited an hour to get seen but once inside it was very quick. The staff was nice and friendly (and good looking). The doctor set my bone in place very well. Orthopedic specialist said I dont need surgery because of how well they did their job. Thank you!!!

My wife got altitude sickness and influenza on the same day and the staff treated her wonderfully (they even stayed a little later to help her out). They went above and beyond and turned an unfortunate visit into a great experience.

Spent three hours there, got two bags of fluid and six anti-nausea pills. Final bill: $2,500. Recommend dying instead.
