When you walk through the door youre greeted by a warm and friendly front-office staff. Its a clean facility with the normal amount of debris from people walking around all day. While seated in the operatory waiting to be examined you can watch a movie. The movies seem to be geared towards children, but it passes the time nonetheless. Dr. Mathews has a fantastic chairside manner! She is ethical, attentive, and knowledgeable. Most of all, she is patient. She waited almost two hours for the anesthetic to fully work for me. She wants complete assurance that youre comfortable and 100% anesthetized before she begins any dental treatment. She pays close attention to your blood pressure, so if youre having issues getting numb and have had any fluctuations in your blood pressure while in the office, she may reschedule your treatment for a later date. Before your injection, Dr. Mathews will place topical anesthetic to the area *for a few minutes* to desensitize it. This ensures that you will have as little pain as possible during the injection. While administering the injection she uses the finger technique to distract from any pain that you may experience from the needle. This is an excellent technique for children. She injects the anesthetic at a steady pace, as to not cause too much discomfort or burning at the injection site. I am glad that she is not a Dentist that injects the solution quickly. We all know how shockingly painful that is. Thank you, Dr. Mathews :) I would like to thank the entire staff at Archdental for making this one of the best dental experiences Ive ever had from the time I walked in until the time I walked out! They are all absolutely wonderful! That shows me that Dr. Mathews leads by example. I have finally found my go-to dentist!! Give Dr. Mathews a try, you will not be disappointed!

I was super embarrassed to see that I had ground (night time grinding due to stress) my teeth so badly that I chipped/loosened my childhood fillings AND managed to fracture 2 teeth! I have to say that all staff members were incredibly professional, Dr. Matthew explained to me what may have caused this (my grinding) and helped me understand my options. She was very honest. While a possible bigger treatment plan was threatening my finances, they encouraged me to pursue the more cost-effective route and to keep them posted as to how it this option was working for me. Its been a few weeks and I am EXTREMELY grateful they did not urge me to do the more extensive procedure. Saved over $1K thanks to them!! And Im fixed! The facility was extremely clean. All staff members were willing to stop to answer any questions. Their online access to forms ahead of time was a plus. They are open SATURDAYS!! They look to be kid friendly with televisions in all rooms. They allowed me to be a pest without feeling like one and worked with my schedule as best they could without compromising the quality of treatment theyd be able to offer me and any patients before/after my appt time. Very VERY happy to have found this little gem. Thank you, Archstone.

My kids are always comfortable here, there has been a bit of a hold up at our last few appts but because my children enjoy themselves here and are treated wonderfully by the dental assistants, we will continue going! EDIT TO UPDATE: I had originally given this place a 5 star rating. I was pleased with the service, it was quick it was easy and I still stand by my original comment of the dental assistants being fantastic. This was a few years ago. Since then the service has slowed and the doctors have changed, I am not nearly as happy as I was before. We have since moved my children to a different business. The front desk and dental assistants are still wonderful but because of the huge change the office has had over the years we will not be going anymore.

Went here with a lose crown. The dentist Ambily Mathew partially pulled the crown out more. She then said the tooth was fractured and needed to be extracted and of it falls out I can glue it back in with some glue she gave me but would not glue it back in. I went to another dentist the same day who found no fractured tooth and was able to repair the crown. Cost me $20 bucks after insurance. Dr. Ambily Mathews option would have cost me over $1000 and would take several months to be back to normal. My tooth is back to normal now and I dont need an extraction.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

The entire staff is professional and friendly and I trust what they have done for me, and what they will do for me. They are very patient in explaining what needs to be done immediately and what can wait (instead of other dentists which tell you worst-case scenarios and go overboard unnecessarily). I feel like that is a barometer of how truthful they are. This office is great. The staff is so helpful and will answer any question that I have, and I truly appreciate them.

I was completely impressed by the level of care at Archstone Dental on Alta Mere today! I found out about the free dental they were offering and was fully prepared for a long day of waiting. To my surprise, they were able to see me from start to finish including filling a cavity in under 30 minutes! The staff was extremely professional and courteous! All dental visits should be this easy!

My daughter has been coming here for years and she enjoyed it so much, I started going here myself, as well. I have severe dentist anxiety but the Dr. And her staff always put me at ease. We also moved 30 minutes the other direction but I chose to keep them as our primary dentist because theyve always taken such good care of us.

The doctors here at Archstone Dental are super nice! They treat their patients like family, I even got to watch my favorite moive "Robots"! They did a super job on perfecting my teeth and made sure I was in as little pain as possible. I would high recommend you pay Archstone dental a visit. -Nane

They are great with my children and the staff is so friendly. Ive always dreaded going to the Dentist but Archstone has changed that for me. Ive never had a bad experience there. I have anxiety about dental work but they put me at ease and make me feel comfortable. I would rightly recommend them.

Ive taken both my kids there, 3 & 5 yrs old, and the dentist is great with them...talks to them and tries to put them at ease. This was my first visit for myself and I still like her and the staff. They explain everything theyre doing and make sure youre as comfortable as possible throughout
