Ive been taking my dog here for 3 years, for normal vaccinations, shots etc. Dr. Morrow and the staff here are first-class. Period. They exemplify how things should be done (in my opinion). As a local business owner, I look for things pertaining to customer service because these aspects are very important to me, personally. During my recent visit, Dr. Morrow and his staff went above & beyond in diagnosing and treating my dog. This was the most impressive vet visit, Ive ever had, since my dog was born...10 years ago. Thank you and please keep up the great work. Wednesday, March 23, 2016 - Took my little guy in for ALL of his vaccines and they did a TERRIFIC job. Friday, March 25, 2016 - I had an appointment for Bobs teeth cleaning and dropped him off at 8am. The Pet Vet called at 11am to say everything went great and they DID NOT have to extract a tooth (as I thought they may have) and I went to pick him up around 1:pm (as instructed. He was a bit out of it due to the anesthesia and boy were his teeth white! They gave me a great solution to rub on his gums each day, to help prevent tartar build-up and he slept most of the rest of the day. He was a bit tired the next day and by Sunday, he was running like a maniac with a mouth full of beautiful teeth! Thank you to Dr. Morrow and ALL the GREAT staff at The Pet Vet. After ONLY going here for years, I have never had a bad experience and wouldnt even consider taking my dog somewhere else. THANK YOU!

Dr. Morrow is AWESOME! The staff is amazing. I have never been disappointed by the service, results and recommendations they have given to me for my pets. They make you feel like your animals are the only ones that matter. I have seen on numerous occasions where Dr.Morrow and staff have saved two dogs lives when all others, including the owners had given up hope. To this day those two dogs are alive and doing amazing. I know this because my dog was involved in one of these cases. Moreover and in conclusion is anyone who has never taken their pets to see this amazing team needs to try it and then you will understand and if you do bring youe pets to them and have had a bad experience you must have had a bad day before you went in and needed to blame your ill feelings on someone or something. They are awesome and always make you and your pet feel like they are #1... Go see them you will not be sorry... Chuck H.

We paid $30 for a fecal examination for our 10 week old puppy because she previously had worms and we wanted to make sure they were gone. The employees dont seem welcome if you go there wanting the "low cost vaccines" because youre not paying full price. 3 weeks after our puppys fecal test, we decided to call Pet Vet because they never called us with the results. The lady asked for my number and said shed call back within an hour. A week later, she never did. Ive never been impressed with the service here and I will definitely give my service to SPCA Mckinney from now on. There prices are much cheaper and the employees/vets are very friendly!

We did not have a good experience with this vet. They misdiagnosed a bump on his head which Dr. Agel gave us medications that totaled $125. After a week of giving this medication, there was no improvement in the condition. We revisited the vet and they said they misdiagnosed the condition and that it looks different. They then wanted to charge us more than $200 more to treat him again. We have the Healthy Pet Advantage plan which has a monthly fee, which covers almost nothing besides visits. Very disappointed with the experience, extremely frustrating. One positive was the office staff - all are very sweet.

My Boston Terrier was attacked while I was walking her on a leash in my neighborhood by a loose pit bull and german shepherd. When I got her to the Pet Vet they immediately took her in and took her vitals. Then, they came out and told me what they had to do and they did it They were very nice and they understood also the trauma I was going through. As soon as they were done they let me in to see her and explained everything I needed to do. The staff is wonderful.

I love Dr. Morrow and the staff. I have followed Dr. Morrow since he saved my first dog probably 20 years ago. He cared for my 2nd dog for the 13 years of his life. Dog #3 is 6 and doing well. Just adopted dog #4 and will introduce him to Dr. Morrow at our appointment. He is a very caring doctor and will tell you what is best for your family members.

I highly recommend the VETS. While the staff may be a little flaky, im not there to make friends but to help my animals. Dr. Cox is full of helpful information and was able to quickly help my dog and cats issues. Overall, we will continue to visit Dr. Cox and very satisified with his passion for the animals!
