IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE IN HERE PLEASE READ!!! I went in on my own to stabilize meds. I wasnt a threat to myself or anyone else. I just needed to stop a minute and get myself in order. This place was more like a jail. Most of the staff seemed to enjoy ordering poeple around. Inside those doors it was complete confusion. People completly out of their mind throwng chairs, screaming and yelling. Somehow those people get to got home. If you show frustation over all this, you "can not control your impulses" so you can not go home. It was the hardest thing to go in there but, I knew I needed help. When you find yourself in this position of putting your life on hold, you need to talk. Look back and find where it started going wrong. Sometimes thats best with an outside party. I never spoke with anyone, I asked but they didnt have time If you have that loved one on the phone crying about how horrible it is in there, IT IS!! There is not one thing you can do to get them out of there. They can only stay calm and go to group. No outburst! If you pray, Pray!

Do not send anyone you actually care about to this facility. I had to leave "Against Medical Advice," after a week. My last three days of therapy were watching "Up," "Inside Out," and "As Good as it Gets." Youre not allowed outside. You are sequestered to 75 foot radius. While walking that radius, I heard an employee say, "I just dont care anymore." This is the second time Ive been in patient. This is the first time I was ever made to feel less than human. Nobody deserves to be here.

Horrible, my wife is in there right now and had requested yesterday to be released. They put a hold on her for 24 hrs. She is not suicidal and requested that she gets the help through out patient program. The hospital turn her words around and convinced to be admitted. I called there to speak to the doctor and did not get a return call. they are keeping her against her will. I dont recommend that place, they just use you to get the insurance money. They are a scam
