My father was recently a patient at Twin Creeks Hospital following a hip fracture. His case was complicated by several underlying medical conditions but the physicians assigned to his case were outstanding in their attention to detail, medical knowledge, and compassion for my father. The facility is beautiful. The rooms are immaculately clean. Of more importance to me was the overall caliber of the staff. Everyone from the therapists and nurses to the housekeeping department was kind to my father and treated him as an individual. After his stay at Twin Creeks, his orthopedic surgeon at Baylor said he had never seen a patient my fathers age do as well following a hip fracture. He is now walking without a cane and back to driving. Thank you to everyone involved in his care at Twin Creeks. I highly recommend the hospital to anyone who needs a positive supportive environment for rehabilitation.

Horrible place. If at all possible use another facility. Most of the staff is incompetent and/or uncaring. There are a few good ones, but the majority - including the doctors - are slow to respond, uncaring, unfriendly, incompetent and generally detached from individual patient care. After having a loved one stay at this facility on multiple occaisions, I have found the experience essentially the same despite changing ownership from "Twin Creeks" to "Warm Springs". Whatever they want to call it, its obviously a place for people in healthcare to go work when they arent talented or caring enough to get a real job at a real hopsital.

The rooms are nice but the staff is uncaring about patient welfare. My mom was medically mismanaged with medication at another facility and part of the rehab was going to be stabilizing her on her corrects meds. Though aware of this from the beginning, within a few days, they had given up on her and were ready to transfer her to another facility, though she was clearly making progress and a move would only cause her more confusion. She was there a total of 5 days and when I called, I would many times hear that the staff was too busy to give me a summary of my moms condition. The place was a major disappointment.

As a physician than works in rehab here in the North Dallas area I can attest to the great work done at TCH. They offer great nursing support with highly qualified and specialized rehab nurses. They provide an excellent rehab program with therapist that have consistently demonstrated outstanding outcomes from a functional status standpoint. They have a beautiful facility with a family atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. They have a great medical staff that works very closely to provide excellent care on a daily basis.

As an Internist in the area, I have been pleased with the results that my patients have achieved at Twin Creeks Hospital. Their staff has been supportive and professional, as well as thorough. I have had a variety of patients that have been cared for very well there, with various problems, though with excellent results. My patients and their families have been very satisfied.
