Visiting Texas family in McKinney when my husband had a flare up of Steven Johnson syndrome 3rd time in 6 years. Only thing that helps is steroids IV drip. We walked in to the ER at Craig Ranch on Alma Rd. expecting to have a long night! Pleasantly we were greeted by the receptionist who was so friendly, then immediately we were taken to a room by a very nice nurse, vitals taken, information taken and Dr. Peter Brokish came in within 5 minutes. He knew exactly what my husband had he started treatment and then sat and talked to us pretty much the whole time we were there. We were amazed at the one on one care provided, the efficient, courteous and prompt service we have never had in our whole lives. I hope this becomes the blueprint to follow for future health care!!!!! Dr. Brokish thank you for getting us back on our scheduled trip!!! Hope to see this type of care in California soon!!! My almost 2 year old son was with his grandmother and aunt at his aunts physical therapy in the medical offices when he had an accident. He climbed onto a chair, the chair flipped over and hit him right under his eye, it split open. His grandmother ran him down to the er. When I arrived they did not take his insurance. I told them I understand and will take him to another facility. The Dr that was there at the time told us she would go ahead and stitch him up anyways so he didnt have to go through all the pain again. That was true compassion. I am very thankful for all they did for him. Hw is now running around like nothing happened. Keep up the good work. And continue to make your patients feel like you truly care. 5

Me and my girlfriend went here because she had an infected cyst and was putting off a huge fever. Upon arrival it was a very nice looking hospital, But when it came down to checking in they refused to even let her in because both of us didnt bring our money. We were in such a hurry we left and grabbed her Id and insurance. Usually we have the copay billed so we can pay everything at once instead of two separate payments but this horribly rude lady in the front had the decency to tell us to call a parent to pay for us because, "they dont see anybody until they pay their copay". This place is a joke and goes against what the law is. Needs to be shutdown.

My experience at The ER at Craig Ranch was WONDERFUL! Dr. Brokish was so great with my teenage daughter. He was kind, gentle, and spoke to her and I in very calming and understanding manner. This was my first time to use this clinic, but should there be a need again, The ER at Craig Ranch will be the place I will go! Thank you to all of the staff that served us on Sunday. Grateful that there are people like you who so willingly serve others and work such crazy hours to do so. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been to the ER at Craig Ranch twice in the last year. My experience on both occasions was extraordinary. There was no waiting time and, once inside, I was taken care of inmediately. The doctor and nurses were very friendly and professional. The doctor was very thorough in his examinations and explanations of procedures and instructions. I am very pleased with the service and will recommend the ER at Craig Ranch over any other emergency care facility. I know you will be very well taken care of.

The entire staff was great. I felt like crud, and they were very kind. I was there for a while as they ran me through all the treatments, but I felt much better when I walked out the door. Ernest, Jose, Lena (I believe), Johnathan, and one other nurse whose name I did not get were all great. Everyone was awesome, but those are the names I captured. Now, I dont have any plans to return, but if I do have a medical issue in my family, theyre my first choice.

Wonderful experience (both trips). My son had to get stitches and hurt his wrist. On both visits we had NO wait at all. We were taken straight back to an exam room and seen by the doctor right away. I think both visits were lest that 30-45 minutes in and out. The staff is AWESOME, they make you feel like friends not patients. I highly recommend Craig Ranch ER & Dr. Brokish.

AMAZING! I went in with horrible pain from a shoulder injury. They took care of me right away and took their time making me feel comfortable and not rushed like in other ERs. Beautiful place and the CT scan machine is decorated like the Texas State Fair Ferris wheel. :) I will only go here from now on for any after hours issues.

Great, fast service! Very friendly, professional staff. My grandpa was visiting from out of town and we took him here after an accident. The doctor helped him get into the building and calmed him down and took great care of him. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
