A friend highly recommended me to see one of the doctors at this health center. The person who first took my call patiently explained to me that that particular doctor is not available until March. She mentioned that I can make appointments to see other available doctors this week. I called the second time planning to make an appointment with the doctor who is available this week. The person who took my call this time (different from the first one) is very unhelpful and unfriendly at all. When I tried to figure out the date that I am available, she sighed loudly "O My God!" and in a very harsh and rude tone asked me "What date are you actually going to come?" I was taken aback by such a rude treatment. I am sorry that you are having a bad day but treating a potential patient in such a rude manner reflects poor patient care at your health center. Off I go to another health center.

Called at 7:45am hoping to get their hours. It did not say anything but "Call back during regular business hours". I looked it up on the web, it said they open at 8am. I called at 8am, the answering machine message had been changed to "we are currently closed". I called back at 8:05 the answering message had ben changed again, this time it said "we dont answer the phone until 9am". And Im thinking "Im sorry to bother you. Other than that Ive been reasonably happy with this facility.

Ive seen several doctors here over the past 10 years for myself, and the past 2 years for my son. I have only been kept waiting once, and I guess Im more understanding and patient than others. Dr. Bradford always finds a way to fit my son in the schedule when hes sick and I couldnt say a bad thing about the place. Ive even had invoicing issues with my insurance company they helped me work out.

Dr. Bhat will try to push a tetanus shot on you, regardless of need, so she can make an extra $185.00 off your visit. Even though she is an "in network" doctor for me, I was responsible for most of that cost after the insurance company paid their share. Do not accept this "treatment" unless you have an extra $100.00 to waste.
