Rude Staffing, Never agree with anything told by the hospital Staffing or Parkland Patient Relations... Also the waiting is crazy they have 7 Windows but only 2 open non peak hours and only 3 opened peak hours... And the purple slips they give you to return later even if name is on board you have to wait even though they say come straight to the window... They need to get on the same page as the clinic they support

parkland hospital is great but this clinic sucks! i mean the people who work there are great but the wait time is horrible i had an appointment the for two did not get seen until three thirty and the total process, which would take about twenty to thirty minutes at any other clinic took another two hours just to get a check up... the really need to hire more people.

Wow this is the worst women health center, long wait time, even if you have an appointment, they told me arive 30 min early, only to wait for 4 hours. The nurse dint wash her hand...yuck. I mean she wore gloves but if you are gonna wear gloves and touch any surface, its no longer sterilized. I dont think these are professionals.

when you tell your dr you have an anxiety/people phobia, he wants to set me up with GROUP therapy?? Have to be kidding me! What kind of craziness is that? And i havent been back to see my dr ever since. I have tried calling but its not easy calling this place because they rarely answer the phone.

I Was 15 minutes early and still waited 4 1/2 hours , they didnt even offer a sonogram with this being my first visit to see how far along I am Im so upset Im in tears what a waist of time, this clinic seriously need help.

Everything sucks! The customer service, the doctors, the wait time, the receptionist, everything!! I only continue to go to it because it close to my parents house. Find another clinic if you want actual service.

The Pharmacy staff and the Supervisor here are very rude and disrespectful. They dont work under pressure well and they need to learn customer service manners and professionalism

Dr. Berry is a great doctor. I love that she is bilingual and able to communicate effectively with my mother who has a little trouble communicating in English.

Literly is like no one works there! Call to make appointments and almost everytime they click on me , or I get put on hold 20+ minutes then they click on me.

Worst place for anyone to go for a clinic. Rude service through the phone too. Wish I could give 0 stars
