I took my 11 year old dog in today. When it came time for him to get a shot, he yelped. The vet told the vet tech to hold him, because he was "kind of a weenie." My dog is basically like my kid, so that was kind of frustrating. While the vet tech was holding him for the shot, he yelped. She was so rough with him, and I said, "Hes 11 years old. Sometimes if you push on certain areas of his body, hes sensitive." The vet responded, "Well Ive been pushing him all over, and hes been fine so..." I brought him in, because he was pooping blood, vomiting, and not eating. We started talking about how Id recently changed his dog food and how that could be the reason for his "out-of-wack" GI tract. When I told the vet I also had a (20-pound) puppy, she told me it was "unethical" to be feeding them the same kind of dog food. When she explained the nutrients to me scientifically, I understood, but she did not have to be so rude about it. I asked, "Even if shes getting the right amount of dog food?" The vet tech said, "It doesnt matter" with such an attitude. There are other ways of informing people of your knowledge as a veterinarian and veterinarian technician. The Banfield clinic inside of Petsmart is much nicer, and the prices are the exact same. Ive never had an issue there. I will never take my pets to this clinic again.

Today our family pet was gravely injured by another one of our pets. Seeing as they have in the past done all of our shots, spays, etc for our other animals we (falsely) assumed they would help us out. We drove immediately there at 1150pm. They informed us the doctor was out for lunch. We asked to call him back in to help with an emergency and they further told us that he wouldnt come back. Weird considering my money pays his salary. So we asked what we could do. The rude girl at the front desk (Yvonne) rudely said we could go down the road. We asked if they took small animals there and she responded by saying she didnt know, and walked off and shut the door behind her. Leaving our bleeding pet in our hands and still no answers. Another one of the office staff got us an address and a phone number. The only one who cared enough to show compassion. Dont send your animals here. Customer service is horrible, they could care less about your animals, and no one is there from 1130 - 200 for "lunch". I recommend you drive further down huffmeister, and look on the right.

I brought my cat in on Thursday, after seeing another vet on Wednesday. I have never been to this clinic before but WILL BE RETURNING. I took my cat who was ill to see a vet on Wed., they gave me a diagnosis & took blood & told me to care for my cat until Friday when the labs came back. My cat continued to deteriorate through the night & Thursday morning I went to Cypress Square. They told me he was critical & didnt know if they could save him. They treated my Leo as if he was thier own....they did everything they could. Everything. They explained the best they could to me which was difficult because I was a complete mess & in shock. I was also too late. They had the most compassion of any vet I have ever been too. Words can not explain my gratitude for all they did. My only regret is not coming to see them in the first place on Wednesday. They did not over-charge me or try to stick me with any hidden fees. I will recommend this clinic to all my friends & family.

When I bought a 7 week old puppy and he got sick I started using this vet because I heard they had good prices. First I called and the staff member i spoke with over the phone was very nice and helpful. When I went in I didnt wait long, the vet, technician, and even the front desk girl were all very nice and really cared about my puppy and how he was doing. The vet took her time with us and really explained well what was happening with him, my treatment options and what she recommended. Two days later I ended up leaving my dying puppy with this clinic to be hospitalized for two days. They could not say if he would make it or not but they saved his life. I have been to this clinic about 4 or 5 different times now and have had a GREAT experience ever time. I highly recommend them, their prices are great, and the staff is fantastic.

Absolutely love this vet!! I have 4 animals...2 cats and 2 dogs and have brought them all to this clinic for many years. Not only are the prices extremely reasonable, but the staff here is great! I walk into the door knowing that I wont be scammed into paying outrageous prices for treatment and know that I will get an honest, dependable opinion from highly knowledgeable staff. My only critic is that there are some vets that I personally like better than others and prefer to see, but they are all good. I drive from Humble to this clinic and it is worth every mile!

We had a great office visit with this clinic. They were kind, helpful, nonjudgmental and patient. It wasnt a short visit but the time was reasonable. Plus, the bedside manner of the vet we saw, Dr. Collier, was gracious and professional. They obviously care about the pets and I will be sure to keep them as our go-to clinic especially since they were very affordable too.

Have taken my pets to Cypress Square for over 15 years. Wonderful staff and doctors providing excellent medical care--even with difficult patients! Over the years they have euthanized two of my pets for me with enormous kindness and patience, allowing me all the time and privacy I needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Every animal Ive ever owned has been here for at least 25 yrs. From my little dog boomer in 1991 to my pack that I have now. Always awesome affordable care and friendly service. My great dane Nuke probably wouldnt have last the 10 yrs he did . He so loved the staff, hated the weigh machine....lol but loved the cookies.

The staff is always great and friendly. Going to this vet reminds me of a small town doctors office. Straight forward and practical care for all my animals at a reasonable price. Animals can be expensive and I always feel like my money is well spent here. Thank you for many years of great care for my family pets!

Loved all of the staff! They were very caring when I had to put my beloved dog to sleep and gave me plenty of time to say goodbye. They all signed a card and gave me a paw print with her name. It was so impressed Ill be going back with all my other dogs.
