This was potentially the most unprofessional office I have ever been to. I arrived at 8:45 for my 9am appointment. The two women running the front desk seemed very flustered. Moreover, they were screaming questions to patients across the waiting room and yelling out personal information so everyone in the waiting room could hear. Both women had trouble verifying insurance for patients; I know it was not just for me because I could overhear every other conversation they had in the waiting room. In addition, the women were loudly complaining about insurance companies in front of all of us. Lastly, we all had to listen to one of the women complain about her boyfriend and a recent phone conversation they had. I could not believe how unprofessional the front office was, and I almost left as a result. Outside of the waiting room, I waited over an hour for my appointment. The actual doctors personal waiting room is bland, and they dont even play music or anything. Dr. Yuri Gelfand seemed nice enough, but there is no way I would ever go back to this office again. The level of confusion and unprofessionalism is astounding.

I went in for swelling of salivary glands from a medical condition. This was dismissed quickly (still not sure if there was an issue he looked at me for 5 seconds) then was told I was congested, needed an x-ray and allergy testing, and specifically that "your insurance will pay for EVERYTHING!!!". So I go ahead with the testing, ask how long it will take after the nurse has already begun. Im told it will take over an hour and a half to complete. Well I had to be at work - they should have mentioned prior to beginning the testing how long it was going to take. So I tell them I have to leave immediately, but am taken to another room for an x-ray. The doctor "confirmed" the congestion through the x-ray and on my way out Im asked by a girl to pay a 20% copay for the x-ray!!!!! WTH!!!!! I am SO unbelievably despised by the doctors deceitful practices. He is obviously running a business and trying to make as much money as possible.

Dr. Cordes took care of my three year old and it was an amazing experience! I couldnt have asked for a better doctor. My son has been struggling with ENT issues since he was born and have gotten no where with other doctors, but when we walked into Cordes office there was a sense of relief he made us so comfortable and was able to communicate with me on a level that made sense! Long story short my son had surgery preformed by Dr Cordes and has had no problems since! The night my son had surgery Dr Cordes called me just to check on my son and also sent us a cute letter in the mail!! Very sweet man!! You just dont find doctors like him anymore!

Dr.Yuri Gelfand is a good doctor. I have had 2 visits with him concerning dizziness and vertigo. I like the fact that he gives me options, he explains what the most natural remedies are that I could try before moving on to drugs with higher side effects and he explains the side effects and what the drugs were intended for and why he believes it could work for my specific symptoms. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain all that information, most doctors do not do that. Hes a very smart man.

I am very surprised at the disgruntled comments in some of the reviews. I went for a first appointment with Dr. Cooper yesterday morning, Filled out the forms, very little waiting time, saw the doctor within 10 minutes. Had hearing test right away, received treatment right away. Doctor, nurse, audiologist all were professional explaining everything as we progresses and very friendly. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience.

Recently my long time ENT retired. I was referred to Med Center Ent by my primary doc who I have had for over 30 years. What a great recommendation. Office is run smoothly, great practice.. Very pleased with Doctor Gelfand, hes young enough to know the new tricks but has enough experience to figure things out quickly. Recommend this group highly.

Dr. Yuri Gelfand was on call. It took three calls to the after-hours answering service and approximately two hours before I was able to speak to him after hours in the morning from ~6:15am. When he did call, he was unprofessional, rude, flippant, and entirely unhelpful.

Dr. Sarah Cooper is one of the best ENTs my son has been to ( we have been to plenty of them). She is always very informative, direct and genuinely concerned about the care she provides. We could not have asked for a better doctor!!!!

The doctor was well dressed and very unhelpful. Really didnt seem to care about fixing my problem and left me in the room for 20 minutes before telling me my best bet was to just "live with it." I reccomend you look elsewhere.

Very poor service and no follow up after I gave them poor rating. The hearing aid for my mom did not work and my mom has been very upset. we have gone back several times but they are not able to fix it.
