THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOSPITAL EVER! I have been here twice and I will never make the mistake of going here again. Let me explain to you what happened both times. The first time, my dad had horribly cut his finger on accident (he ended up having A LOT of stitches), well as we walked into the ER, my dad is bleeding everywhere. The blood is literally gushing out because his finger is basically chopped in half. Not a single person actually gave a damn. They told us to sit and wait to be called. I told the receptionist that my dad was bleeding non-stop and there must be something or someone she could call to have the bleeding stop before a doctor looked at him. She didnt care. She told me there was nothing she could do. All I could think was, "I sure am glad he didnt get his arm cut off, because he wouldve eventually died from blood loss." After 1 hour of waiting we were called in to be seen by a doctor. It was awful. They fixed him but it was awful! The second time, my husband made an appointment to have his shoulder looked at because he was having horrible pain for months. After getting tests done, nothing was wrong with him that they could explain. Thank god we have insurance because we got charged a few thousand dollars for the 2-3 tests he had done. This was done in November of 2015. It is now May 2016 and I am still receiving bills for the tests. We called the hospital a few times to figure out where these bills where coming from and no one could tell us anything. They sent us a letter saying everything was paid to them and the very next day I received another bill from Radiology. IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND I AM STILL RECEIVING RANDOM BILLS! Go to Saint Lukes. Go anywhere but here. I have multiple family members that are physicians, one used to work here and left because of how awful everyone is. Just listen to me and go elsewhere.

This is THE worst hospital I have ever visited. My experience was over four years ago and I shouldve sued them. I had a cyst or boil that I went to the emergency room for TWICE, both times the doctor (same doctor both visits) told me that it could be a staph infection, and I asked if there was any way of knowing for sure, he said they COULD do a culture to find out (first visit). After a long pause, I said well, would you? He said okay, I guess so and did one. After waking up in so much pain a day or two after the first visit, I went to the emergency room and thats when I saw the same doctor again and he said, yes it could be a staph infection and sent me home AGAIN. I had to practically beg for pain medication. I couldnt take any more pain and my wife got me an appointment to see an infectious disease doctor, and upon a brief examination he told me I would NOT be going home and admitted me immediately into St. Joseph, I had MRSA! I ending up having surgery in numerous spots on my body and by the grace of God they caught the most serious one in my leg. I was in the hospital four days and quarantined basically, all visitors had to wear protective clothing and scrub down before and after. By the way, never heard back from BRMC on the results of that culture. And yes, 1 star is too many, but like someone said, had to give them something.

My doctor set me up with a routine mammogram and a diagnostic ultra sound. When it came time to bill my insurance the billing office sent everything to my insurance as routine. I have been trying to get this corrected for 4 months now. After talking to my insurance they said they talked to with billing office who claims everything was sent to my insurance correctly and so there is nothing my insurance can do. billing office told them everything was billed under routine. called my doctors office and they claim everything was NOT routine and the hospital has to correct it. I told my drs office they had the director of billing look over it and she claims everything is correct. I am stuck with a $3,160.00 bill? I DONT THINK SO! I will never use this facility again and I WILL go on every social media site I can find and let people know how billing at Belton Regional hospital works. Its not that they made a mistake its that they will not correct it.

The hospital was not bad the staff was nice, Felicia the Patient Care technician was my favorite! She was very friendly, willing to get me whatever I needed and her service was great. I didnt like that the obgyn Dr. Anderson had me in this place for 4 days with no updates on my progress, I had to fuss at everyone to see what was going on? When am I getting my next ultrasound? When is he coming back to tell me Im going home? When is he going to tell me my diagnosis? His nurse at another location didnt see anything ordered and Im still sitting here Friday with no results and I have been in this bed since Tuesday night. Ive missed 3 days of work racking up hospital bills. If you come here and they tell you Dr. Anderson the obgyn will see you...... Do yourself a favor and RUN LIKE HELL BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT SEE OUTSIDE FOR A WHILE

I was there this evening, fever, cough, body aches, nausea and headache. The nurse was extremely rude, arguing and challenging me on my allergies. Im a diabetic who has not eaten in days, I told the nurse I was diabetic... no finger stick, no blood draw or urinalysis. I was given a breathing treatment... no one listened to my lungs afterwards, I was given a chest X-ray and nose swab. The doctor determined I had bronchitis and it could last for weeks. Sent me home with Motrin pm and tesalon pearls. My sugar was so low when I got home, once I got it up, half the pain in my stomach went away...very poor care if you ask me.

I had a very wonderful experience with BRMC last week when I came in for spinal fusion. From the door opening at 6am and the incoming receptionist giving us a very warm welcome to the OR nurses answering questions and keeping my family updated to the recovery room nurses and the floor nurses (Kelli, Matt, Kortni?, and one other) they took exceptional care of me and made sure I was well taken care of! Thank you for the wonderful experience! While the hospital is under construction it was still clean, and well taken care of. The meals delievered were hot and of good quality. I would recommend this hospital again

Dont go to their ER. Nursing is extremely rude. They will tell the patient one thing and the patients DPOA another thing. Nursing is lazy, sit behind the county laughing and chatting while patients attempt to get help. I went to this hospital a few times and stupid for going back after I heard from a friend that they had a good experience. So, thinking the hospital had changed along with the renovation I gave them another chance. B-I-G.....M-I-S-T-A-K-E........They label you as a drug seeking addict before you get in the room.. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE....THIS HOSP WILL NEVER SEE THIS OLE GAL ANY MORE!
