I paid $85 for a blood test and they didnt give me the right one saying they dont do that test but once I went back with insurance they suddenly had the right test. They never called me to let me know the test results came back fine. I got a referral and someone called me from Taylor saying I needed to call my referred doctors office and tell them all my information for my insurance even though Taylor has all that info on file. I called about an hour later and they had no idea who I was. They told me to call Taylor and have them send over a bunch of stuff. I called and the lady said she just sent my referral about 5 minutes ago. Why are you calling me to call my referred doctor if you havent even sent the referral yet? Well, that never panned out so I called Taylor and told them to refer me to a different doctor since this one was rude to me and then never called with an appointment. 2 Weeks goes by and nothing. I get a back ache and think its my kidneys and go to Taylor. I ask why I havent gotten my referral and they finally take care of it but meanwhile Im waiting to be seen. I get a male doctor. He sends me for chest xrays and the nurses just had me standing there listening to their conversation until they were done uploading all the xrays to the computer. After 2 hours the male doctor tells me everything seems fine, but he wants to give me a pelvic exam! I started to get really anxious and felt strange about it so I try to leave. The doctor stops me and says you dont want to do that and I say no and he says he was about to give me my blood test that Id been asking for that I mentioned above. The nurse had no idea what test and left me sitting in the chair waiting to get blood drawn for 20 minutes. I guess now I know why this place is free through my insurance. Also, the new referred doctors office called me saying Taylor employee just wrote patient will bring with on the referral under insurance information so I had to give it to them myself again. I would rather pay out of pocket for a better hospital then go there again.

I went to this clinic on Saturday, Oct. 24, for pain in my back right side---I thought I had a kidney infection. Did a urine test and I told the doc I thought I had a kidney infection because I had, had one before and know the symptoms. He said it was a UTI and that they--UTI, bladder infection and kidney infections were all the same. I disagree. Then he asked me what antibiotic did I want to use. Yes he asked me!!! I told him I didnt know and didnt know what I took the last time, but to look on your computer. I said, "Youre the doctor, you tell me." He said it didnt really matter. So he looked on the PC and said I had taken Cipro and Bacterium---and wanted me to pick. So I said Cipro. What kind of doctors ask you what kind of medicine do you?? Quack! Ive been to this clinic before and never had to deal with something like this. I had to pay $90. They should have paid me $90 for telling the doctor what kind of medicine to give me.

I vowed never to return there; my experience was pretty horrible. First they put me in a room with a floor buffer , cleaning/medical supplies, and some broken down equipment. Stuffed in ,out of the way, was the exam table. The nurse was the only good thing about the visit , she was very sweet and caring. The Doctor was a completely different story. I seen the actual Dr. and not a P.A which was a first for me the few times i went there. I went for a personal and embarrassing problem and the doctor was quite insensitive, to the point i was in tears by the end of the exam. I had never been treated so badly by a professional before; he spoke to me in a way i can only describe as insulting. Getting out of the office was a problem too , the receptionist who handles the insurance was slow and rude. Overall , Ill never return and seriously considered reporting the Dr. for unprofessional behavior.

So good shepard sent us here. My wife needed a few stitches and not much more. Good shepard said they cant do it, taylor said they wouldnt do it(unless we pay$$$$ for needless tests). Then said we could go to the third facility in town(owned by good shepard). So for hours i have been driving and waiting to gey some simple doctoring stuff done, and i guess there are knly emergency rooms left, and 0 doctors to see people. I dont want emergency care. I want an appointment with a doctor who doesnt want all my damn money. Dirty dirty dorty dirty dirty..... Hold safety health and pain as leverage to free u from your money.

Came in and two more came in after me and I waited my turn. I saw a guy jump up upset stating that he has been waiting two hours and have seen people come in after him and go in front of him. He was next after that. Then I saw three people come in afterwards and two of them went ahead of me one of them came in 15 to 20 minutes after me. My daughter went up there and they stated they have two different rooms and that one goes faster than the other. I think that they need to perhaps give patients a number behind the counter to keep up with who gets next.

The staff was very helpful and efficient and found the cause of a rare illness my son had... gave him the right medical treatment and he was well within a week! So thankful for the team effort and how they showed compassion for him! When it comes to your son money isnt a matter... living is!! Thank you so much from the front staff to the clinical, to the amazing xray techs, and the wonderful labs techs, the fantastic providers, and finally the management!! You all work so hard and it shows!!!

Ive been going to this clinic for the past 4 years with my family when we were unable to get into our primary care doctors. Ive always been very satisfied with the care. I had to go today and was treated so well. From the receptionist, nurse, doctor, and even the med student treated me with so much care and concern. I left there with a strep diagnosis and was so thankful I had chosen Taylor again!

I took my daughter for a serious stomach virus. The nurse and Dr were both very helpful and concerned for my daughters wellness. they determined that she had a more serious problem and referred us to the emergency room. They were quick, friendly and efficient. I also have to add that a little humility (on the customers part) goes a long way in improving customer experience.

Terrible,I brought someone at 8:05 am and they only went to the back at about 11:00.& he was on crutches from his foot hurting so bad.not to mention he was skipped over 4 times and was left in the exam room and forgotten.the only thing they did was secure a payment in a timely manner.youd think they Woluldhave some empathy for a seriously ill patient whose paid them...
