Made an appointment online. Got an email confirming the appointment request for the same day. Tried to call the office to make sure they got the request, no answer. Called twice! No return phone call. So I left work to be there early for the appointment. Got there and the appointment was not set! The Lady at the desk kept trying explain to me that just because I made the appointment online did not mean that I had an appointment! What?! Then she kept asking me if I understood! No! I dont understand! I cant rate the physicians but I can rate the staff. I will not go back nor recommended this place to anyone. Dont use an online appointment tool if you arent going to follow up with the patient. What a great first impression.

The Beautification side of this company is a joke. There is a lack of accountability, integrity and basic human decency. When you set an appointment with them, be ready for it to change. What theyll do is call you to reschedule your appointment outside of business hours so when you show up, they are obviously gone. Their phones nightservice goes on 10 minutes before their actual closing time and the listed cell phone for the emergency contact rings a couple times and goes straight to a generic voicemail. They are more worried about their business after-hour cocktails than they are about their patients. Please dont waste your time or money.

I move here from NY. I bounced around from a couple of DRs before locating Boulware Medical. They are great. Always very helpful. The waiting area is very comfy. Dr. Boulware is great. He really asks you whats going on and does not rush you in and out of his office. I moved to Less Summit but still make the drive to Liberty because they do such a good job.
