I cant say enough good things about this clinic. From the doctors and staff, to the training, grooming, doggie day care and the other services they offer, they are the best vet clinic Ive ever known! 1. Dr. Capps is the most amazing vet Ive ever known. Shes caring, she understands the health issues to look for in each breed and stays up to date with equipment and specific pet issues concerning the Dfw area. 2. Audra the dog trainer is outstanding! My puppy just graduated from Puppy Level 1, and at 6 months old she is so much more well behaved!! She introduces the basics and goes beyond to socializing appropriately, adds in a puppy obstacle course and puppy olympics at the end too! So much fun and a great bonding time for the pup and parent. 3. Doggie Day Care is the best way for me to feel at ease during my busier work days, knowing that my dog will be played with by humans and gets to socialize and play with other dogs. They dont stay locked up all day and the staff gives them plenty of love too! Do your due diligence when it comes to your fur babies and take them to the best of the best. Im so glad I did!!

Valley Ranch Pet Clinic has been part of our family for over 13 years. I dont know where to start with Dr Rouchon -- hes been there every step of the way from the day we got our new puppy to the day she passed. Hes very kind , caring and compassionate.. hes not just a vet. And the entire staff really understands the different phases and emotions we can go through when our pets are sick and need help. You get the sense that they are there because they really want to help because they really love animals -- charging money is simply the necessary part of keeping the business going and taking care of everyone that takes care of us. We love you guys. Thanks for everything youve done for us and for Kerby.

This is the BEST animal care, hands down! I took my dog to another facility after shed been throwing up for a few months (2-3 x a week) and he just said she needed to be de-wormed. Well, that didnt help at all. I brought her here afterwards and they said it was silly that the other vet prescribed that for her symptoms. They did a few xrays to verify nothing was in her tummy and then decided it was IBS. She just needs special food. Ive also brought my cat in here and they fixed it right up. The vet techs are all super friendly and love the animals and the vets are all equally as nice! They really care about your animal and you know youre getting good care...so its worth the cost!

Wew went to this vet about a month and a half ago. The vets were VERY friendly and nice to my dog. My dog has always been shy and they treated him nicely. Nice lobby and rooms It is a clean facility with plenty of informational brochures.. They did a blood on my dog and it cost $145! We were shocked when we got the bill. Just one visit and our bill was over $200! The assistant vet gave us a false piece of information. He said that Benedryl will not put pets to sleep, but it does! The head vet is very kind and she knows her stuff. I would definately recommend this vet. But always ask how much something costs, and double check the information.

I moved to the area over 3 years ago. I was driving 2 hours to my old Vet. I got tired of the 2 hour drive one way so i looked online and this vet had the best reviews! I made my appt and went in two days later. I arrived and was greeted with two smiling faces! My dog was not happy (he hates vets) the staff is great and the vet ( Dr. Capps ) was amazing! Friendly with my dog, and me! Explained everything and was a outgoing personality. She knows her stuff! The bill was a great price as well. I found mt new vet. Taking my cats next month! I had a great experience this week after I transferred my Great Dane to VRPC. Not only were the staff helpful and accommodating, they confirmed they received all of his records PRIOR to me coming in, which helped lessen my wait time. Duke was very happy with the service, and one thing we really liked about Dr. Capps was her approach to not test every tiny little issue Duke had and run the bill up. I felt like prices were very reasonable, and the care was top notch. I am glad this is our new Vet home (and it is right around the corner from me!)

Absolutely love Dr. Capps. She has been great to work with and really knows a lot about corgis. Their staff is always so friendly and really take care of the animals there. Ive been bringing my 2 dogs to VR Pet Clinic for 8 years. Both Dr. Rouchon & Dr. Capps are very gentle and kind, and have taken care of my fur babies exceptionally well. Ive used them for boarding as well and been very pleased. I never miss the opportunity to recommend VR Pet Clinic to new neighbors and friends!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Staff and Dr. Capps were Professional, Courteous, AND Friendly. Totally recommend it! Plus the place was packed, super busy, which I think says good things about the place. We just showed up without an appointment and they accommodated us, within an hour we were out of there.

I have been taking my 3 dogs to Dr. Capps and Dr. Rouchon for the past 6 years after moving to the Dallas area from Houston. They treat all of my babies with love and a gentle hand! The staff is always very friendly and caring to each of my dogs. I could not ask for a better vet clinic!

Dr. Rouchon is very very good and takes his time examining your dog. I really felt he cared and wasnt just looking for a way to charge me more money. I stop in to buy my food there for my dogs special diet and the staff is always so friendly. Thank you!

Have taken all four of our pets here. Great service and friendly staff. I would avoid coming though on busy days as the staff doesnt have as much time to devote to your pet and you may have to wait awhile for your appointment.
