Dr. Pazora has cared for our two dogs for the last 8 years, since we moved to the Anna area. He and his team have always given us quality care at a reasonable price. This last week, one of our dogs was very ill and had to be euthanized. Dr. Pazora and his team were awesome. Our dog was 14 years old and struggling with liver cancer. Dr. Pazora was very honest communicating the potential "harm and pain" risks our dog would experience if we procrastinated on the decision to euthanize. We agreed to return the next day to put our dog down. Dr. Pazora treated us and our animal so well. He explained everything that would happen, how it would happen and how long it would occur. He was so gentle and caring with our dog. Dr. Pazora made our "very difficult" decision easy to understand and he and his team were wonderful. They made a painful decision an experience of care and comfort. We still have one more dog, who is much younger, that continues to go in for groomings and wellness checks. For 8 years Dr. Pazora and his staff have served our family by treating our animals. My wife and I have absolute confidence in their professional training, insight and expertise. Dr. Pazora is trustworthy and his team is serves their clients (and their clients family) with excellence and competence. We recommend Dr. Pazora and Animal Hospital of Melissa without hesitation for the care of your animals and pets. You will be glad to experience such high quality health and wellness care for the animals in your life.

This clinic is the best. Dr. Pazora and Dr. Day have treated our dogs for several years. Both of them go over and beyond to explain to you what is or might be going on with your fur babies and always answer any questions you might have. The price? Well, I havent found them to be any more expensive than anyone else. In fact, before finding them, I did use another vet (once) and thought they were expensive so maybe I just found this clinic to be more reasonable. I am not a wealthy person so cost does make a difference but I also know that when it comes to my animals, I trust Dr. Pazora and Dr. Day so within reason, I will continue to pay to use this clinic. They are kind, it is obvious they care and when it comes to having to make a hard decision regarding your animals quality vs quantity of life and ultimately having to let go of your baby, they are compassionate and respectful of how hard it is on you. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is just another typical vet who charges hundreds of dollars with little results to show. Gave the doctor the go ahead to run all the tests she wanted to run and she racked up over $500 worth of bills and couldnt find what the issue was. Ultimately they did what most vets do which is blindly prescribe antibiotics and play trial and error with your pets life. Very uneducated when it comes to alternative treatments that cost pennies instead of hundreds of dollars. I watch one client after another come in and almost everyone was charged $200 or more. What a medical racket. I ultimately treated and cured my own pet successfully using non traditional medicine. Typical closed minded Vet Ripoff.

The vet is very knowledgeable and always explains whats going on with my doggo. Ive got two Giant breed dogs and the pricing has always been fair. Any time one of my dogs has had a problem the vet has given me multiple options and helped guide me in the best route to take so im not spending a ton of money for something I shouldnt. Some super sweet older ladies at the front desk and a really cute younger one. Not to mention ive never had to wait more than 20mins which is amazing because I used to consistently wait 45m-1hr at my last vet. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.

We recently moved here from Kentucky and was not sure what we were going to do about a vet. Our Yorkie got sick and we took her to go see Dr. Pazora. We not only like him, we like him better than the vet we had in Kentucky. He took the time and explained everything in my terms, not a doctor terms. His staff his awesome as well and will go out of their way to make you happy . If you love your animal as much as we do and want AFFORDABLE,AWESOME care then go to Dr. Pazora. I absolutely Love him and will recommend him to anyone! So what are you waiting for? GO SEE DR. PAZORA!

Never had any problems at this location. Ive always been treated with respect and my dog has been handled as if he were one of their own pets. The price is fair and they have always given me multiple options when it comes to treatment for my doggo. Never waited more than 20mins to see a veterinarian. The front end staff also are always nice and respectful, its never been a "problem" for me to ask them to explain certain things or for them to look up something for me.

These people are great. I have taken my animals to Dr Pazora ever since they opened. We had tried all the small animal vets within 30 miles .. We didnt like any of them and for a while resorted to driving to our old vet in Addison. Once The Animal Hospital of Melissa opened, we gave them a try and it has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them.

THE BEST VET CLINIC IVE EVER BEEN TOO! Both of the Drs are amazing and the receptionist are top notch. From always being able to squeeze us in, to following up after visits, to filling our prescriptions with ease, all around best clinic! Cant say enough good things. We have been using this office for over 2 years and always have the best things to say!

Saw my dog on an emergency visit and they were not even my get, they are now! Get immediately got on the floor with my old guy and started tending him. BTW, my old get refused to see an emergency because they had no opening. Instated twice it was an emergency. Animal Hospital of Melissa simply said .... bring him in immediately.

I am a PARANOID dog mom. Dr Pazora is so wonderful, instead of brushing my concerns under the rug he takes every little bit seriously and takes the time to assess and explain whatever my concerns are. Wouldnt even consider switching vets.
