updating: I took a cat and dog here for a neuter and when I got them back they had tattooed them without telling me. Said it was in the paperwork but it was never brought to my attention. The scab on my cats ear looked a lot worse at the time, so I was livid, thinking it was a huge ugly green tattoo, but after a good scrub its not as bad as I thought. Just a small straight line I can live with. While I am still upset that they dont notify their clients of this, (they dont tell you when making the appointment, or at drop off, or at consultation, or online) I can see the benefit of doing it. Helps if a pet is lost whoever finds the pet can know they have been fixed. Just wish they tell you about it. So beware they will tattoo your pet if you go to have a spay/neuter! I have been here before and they do a good job with the animals I brought them. Its a good low cost option. Hope this helps.

I found Snap in Pasadena to be a pleasant experience. I recently had two male cats neutered, and all the staff here were very nice. They were well organized and kept me informed. I had my doubts at first about going to a clinic vs a vet, but I would definitely recommend them for preventive medication, lab exams, vaccinations and of course spay and neuter surgeries. You cant beat the prices either. I had two quotes from other vets for my males to be neutered. Both were about $140. Snap charged me $45. Females are $55 vs $185 and $200. All the ladies at the front desk were nice and got us all checked in quickly. We were all given clear instructions about what to expect both pre and post surgery. Thanks snap for running a very organized and professional clinic. Ill be coming back here!

This is the worst place ever. Needs to be shut down. I have tried to call multiple times because I took my dog to get a chip thing that they put in his skin so if he ever gets lots we can find him I guess, anyways they gave me an orange tag to put on my dogs collar so we know he got it. My dog chewed it and I called asked for another one, the ladies there are sooo rude and they told me they are gonna send it to my address, NEVER DID. This been going on ever since June 2016 it is now October 2016. I already graduated from high school its been sooooo long. They never even answer their phone what kind of place is this? The ladies dont even care anyways. Horrible costumer service! PLEASE DONT GO !

The WORST customer service experience from rude little girls running the front desk. No common courtesy, common sense or any hint of people skills. I have relied on the talented techs and vets to perform countless spay/ neuter procedures, as I TNR. However, I am taking my business to the new guys in town, Emancipet. Outstanding customer service from a group of compassionate and friendly people. Get your act together, SNAP. Just because youre offering a low cost service, does not mean you can get away with bitchy youngsters running the front desk. YUCK

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Ive taken my dog here for vaccines and to be neutered. He ended up popping his stitches due to being too playful a few days after surgery but the after hours line was very helpful. The vet who did his surgery called me back at 11 at night to speak to me himself to see what was going on. That meant so much to me, not to mention how much the girls love on my sweet pup whenever we go in and theyre not busy. Definitely worth the drive from League City and Im happy to save my old newspaper to give to them.

Our Vet wanted $347 to neuter our dog, so we started price shopping. When we told our Vet that we decided on SNAP in Padadena they responded "GREAT CHOICE, our recomendation also if you cant bring Buddy here". The SNAP Staff really was Top~Notch. They cared for Buddy just as if he was their own pet. We were so relieved the day after his Snip to see that everything looked clean and proper. The cost was incredibly lower and worth the extra driving to find them. T~H~A~N~K••• Y~O~U to the awesome indididuals that make that team special!!!

I would have given this place a 4 or a 5 star had it not been for the fact that we were quoted the wrong price then told essentially we were liars. We also did not get a call and had to call in ourselves to find out when we could pick our cat up. Apparently she hadnt had her operation until 4 p.m, even though we dropped her off around 7:30 a.m. She had been sitting all day without food, cold, and more than likely scared. I will never go here again if I need vaccinations or my pet to be fixed.

I found SNAP when I volunteered for Lone Star Boxer Rescue. If youre looking for inexpensive wellness care and a cheap place to get a spay/neuter, you have found it. Everyone who works there is committed to the mission of controlling the un-wanted pet population. Check the hours on the web site before going. Some days/times are reserved for surgery.

Absolutely top notch treatment. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Incredibly low cost because they are non-profit. With that in mind, they always need donations and other items such as dog food, cat food, paper towels office supplies, etc. They can give you a wish list to support their amazing efforts.

So professional and caring from the front desk to the techs. Make sure you get there before 730am by the time I was leaving from dropping my dog off to get spayed the waiting room was FULL @750. Totally recommend.

Excellent staff and service!! Very clean and well managed clinic. Thank you for providing an affordable option for those of us who love our animals but often cannot afford to get them the vaccinations they need.

The staff love animals and are empathetic. When they called to get payment from me, she asked how my cat was feeling. I felt like they treated her more as a member of the family rather than just some animal.

My dog needed antibiotics from my regular vet after getting neutered here, she said they probably didnt let his sack drain correctly. Other than that this is a good economic pet care place.

I adopted a puppy from Pasadena animal shelter. A week later the puppy got sick and I took him to the Snap spay-neuter clinic in Pasadena,Tx ...There they took excellent care of my puppy.

Love this Amazing Clinic! I heard through word of mouth that if you receive any type of government assistance then you can get two spay/neuter for free + rabies per year.

Ive had 2 dogs fixed here (1 male and 1 female) at different times. And both times I had a great experience. They healed wonderfully and I tell everyone about this place!
