I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Ovilla. As an owner of 4 dogs (3 have health issues), it is important to me how they are treated by the Staff and Vets. Everyone at AHOO is genuinely friendly and sincerely care about the animals welfare. The Vets take time to explain procedures and test results, tell you what to look out for, and always answer my questions. I feel like my dog is their first priority. The staff calls the next day to check on your pet even if all they got were shots. I have every confidence that the Vets and the Techs are very knowledgeable and stay up to date. If you live in the Red Oak - Ovilla area and need a wonderful Animal Hospital, try AHOO.

Took my dog to get groomed there, when I arrived (9 hours later), i was slapped in the face with a $118 fee AND my dog has severe burns on her nose, chest, stomach, ears, etc. From a quick job done with cheap clippers which burned her. By the time I realized this (today) they were starting to close. They will sure have an interesting morning ahead with me. I have pictures for proof-- definitely do NOT EVVVERRRRRR go there for ANY reason!

We love the staff at Animal Hospital of Ovilla. They saved our cat Smokey, of this we have no doubt. The care and concern they showed for our Smokey was absolutely the BEST!! We also feel the prices were not unreasonable, considering all they did for our baby. Thank you Dr. Stanfill, Dr. Owen and the whole staff for all you did for Smokey!! We will recommend your clinic to anyone who has a beloved pet!! :)

Had an emergency with my dog.... I called His emergency number and the recording states "if I dont call you back in 10 mins. Call Mansfield emergency clinic". ALOT can happen in 10 mins. Also, I called 3 different times to get my pet bird DNA sexed and the 3 different people I spoke to didnt have a clue on what I was talking about!! I am still awaiting a call back on getting my bird sexed.

Came on an emergency with Jakes heart acting up. They kept Jake all day to make sure the meds they put him on would work and he wouldnt have any reaction to them. Jake is doing great. Highly recommend.
