I took my 12 y/o shephard X here after he became very lethargic and stopped eating for about 4 days. I had been syringe feeding him but he started vomitting that back up. I bring him in and the vet took about 2 min to stick a thermometer up his but and tell me it was probably just a bug and prescribed me some oral antibiotics. I reminded the vet that he wasnt keeping food down so he made me pay for a few cans of "easy digest" RX food and said to try that. After another 3 days of vomitting everything back up my dog could not even stand up on his own and was even going to the bathroom on himself. I brought him back in and pleaded with a different vet to do something and all she did was prescibe me an oral medication that was supposed to reduce nausea and vomiting and told me to wait awile before trying to feed him again. 2 hours after that visit my dog died, starved and dehydrated to death. THE VETS HERE ARE COMPLETLY NEGLIGENT AND ONLY CARED ABOUT WHAT THEY COULD CHARGE ME FOR. THIER COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR THE WEEK MY DOG SPENT SLOWLY DIEING MAKES ME SICK.

Ive been going to Assure Vet for over three years now. The staff has always been extremely friendly to me and my pets. They have answered all my questions regarding my pets health, and costs for the care of my pets. Just today (022513) I called to get pricing on vaccinations for my pets, and had a very knowledgeable and friendly staff member to provide me the information I needed. Unfortunately, weve moved to another location which makes it difficult for us to make it to Assure Vet to continue our services with them. Hopefully the new establishment will be as great as Assure Vet was for all these years. Thanks a bunch!

I was not pleased with the dishonesty and lack of compassion for my dog that took place at this vet. The veterinarian was a nice lady but her and the staff will dishonestly tell you that your animal needs unnecessary services or vaccinations to increase charges. I once tried to call to get a vaccination record and the lady at the front desk gave me a hard time about getting it because I told her I taken my do elsewhere to get treatment and vaccinations. If you choose this vet just be careful and have knowledge about exactly what your animal needs.

I brought my dog in here to get spayed - they did not tell me how much it was going to cost. I ended up paying $336 to get my 13lb dog spayed and didnt even get a cone to put on her, or dissolvable stitches. They gave her vaccinations which I did not request or need. The shots cost over twice the amount as they are at vaccination drives in the area. It cost extra just to get pain medicine for the dog after surgery! This vet will squeeze every cent out of you when they can. The receptionist is also very rude. Find a different clinic.

I begin taking my dog there about 5 years ago when my vet office closed down. They always treated him gently and compassionately and he quickly adjusted to them. The are always willing to work with me on appointments and the Saturday option is always a good deal. They will call to follow up and make sure the pet is doing OK. My dog recently passed away and I am grateful that they were there for him. I am grateful for the tender care and compassion they showed my companion.

Dr. Leesa Maldonado began seeing my dog when she was in horrible shape. She determined what medication (she was on many) was necessary for her continued improvement, and helped save us a lot of money by weening her off those that where no longer needed. I am so grateful for her attention to detail and her compassion for our family pet. We will continue to always take our pets to Assure Animal Hospital.

Ive been going here for many years and they have always been so wonderful to my three dogs. Even though they said that one of my dogs is a walking miracle after being paralyzed for unknown reasons, I like to think that they are the reason she recovered. They always check up on the dogs even after their checkups. Everybody is amazing there and I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been taking my 4 pets (2 dogs, 2 cats) here for almost 2 years. They are wonderful. Dr Maldonado is great, as well as the techs and front desk staff. They always get me in quickly and their prices are better than anywhere else Ive ever been. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great veterinarian.
