This clinic is a solid 30 minute drive from my house in the medical center, but the vets and clinic were highly recommended by a friend with an English bulldog. I wanted nothing but the best for my new puppy and decided to give them a try. Im so glad I did! The facility is clean and orderly. I was greeted promptly and the lady behind the counter, seeing that I was holding my scared puppy in my arms, filled out my paperwork for me so I didnt have to put him down! She just asked me all the questions and filled in the forms for me. I had one of the first appointments of the day and didnt wait long to be seen (2-3 minutes post paperwork). Dr. Ray is great. H really took the time to earn Bensons (my dog) trust before he started poking and prodding. He looked through all of the paperwork I had received from Animal Care Services (I adopted Benson who had been brought in as a stray) and ensured he knew his history before making suggestions on what he may need in the future. Being a new puppy parent, I had a lot of questions (8 that I had actually written down so I wouldnt forget and several more came to mind while I was there with the doctor). Dr. Ray never rushed me and took the time to reference some materials and make copies of some of them for me so that I could read through all the details myself. He took each of my concerns/questions seriously and did a great job explaining the answers in laymans terms. I walked away with a lot of new knowledge and knowing that I had found a vet and clinic that would love Benson just as much as I do. I highly recommend Dr. Ray & the Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital!

Costs are out of line with other vets. Vaginal cytology cost $101. I went elsewhere for $11. I was told Dr. Ann analyzed the results of the cytology. In all likelihood she was wrong. Her analysis said my dog was in proestrus. A 2nd vet said no a couple of days later and it was another week before she entered proestrus and this analysis was backed up by a progesterone test. Granted this was not a specialty of the practice but I specifically asked that if the vets werent skilled or comfortable interpreting results that I wanted to go elsewhere. Also staff insisted that Texas law required an examination ($43 for "annual exam") in conjunction with a rabies vaccine ($46.95) even though dog had had an exam 4 months previously. I checked Texas statutes and found no requirement. Another practice did not require an exam and charged $13 for the rabies vaccine. To be fair, I forgot to ask for the 3 yr vaccine and the $13 price was for a single year. I will continue to use this vet for some routine procedures when convenience trumps thriftiness but this is not a "go-to" vet practice in my book.

My mother started using Loop 410 vet many years ago. As she got older I started taking her pets to the vet and Loved the way they did things. So I started taking my pets there too! I love Dr. Ann and Dr. Ray and all of the staff. They are so patient and answer any and all questions I have. Dr. Ann saved my cat who swallowed a string and had it stuck around his tongue…she didnt send me off to an emergency vet which I most likely couldnt afford, instead she operated and saved my big old kitty. Next she saved my dog who became violently ill after eating a pet treat from China (I failed to read the whole package). Their prices are just like most vets now but the care is exceptional! They understand the drama of life and care about your pets! You cant go wrong coming to this Vet! Awesome place.

I started going to Loop 410 over 8 years ago. I absolutely love the vets there (one in particular) who have shown the upmost care for my pets. Understanding and compassion, not just for the animals but for us as a family and our finances. In one really bad situation the vet gave me her personal cell phone and called personally to check up on my cat over the weekend. They truly care about my animals there and they even made a donation to a vet school in the name of my cat who passed away. The staff are always very friendly and kind, I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have never had a negative experience with anyone there. I cant thank them enough for the tight spots they have helped my little rascals get through :)

Always friendly, caring, competent, totally talented, trustworthy, kind to the "nth degree", is how I would describe the Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Ann and Dr. Ray are just the best at making the "patients best interests" count above all else. Their sensitivity to the "patients parents" and their circumstances is deeply valued as well. I value the Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital right up there as a part of my love for my pets!! Thats how important all concerned are to me! May their practice and caring expertise continue to grow, thrive, and bless us pet owners as long as possible, please...

My family has been using Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital since the early 1960s when we got our first puppy after moving from Pennsylvania. Since Ive been grown and grown older, there has never been any question of using another hospitals services. The doctors and staff are super. It is apparent that everyone connected with the hospital genuinely cares about not only the pets, but the families as well. When my daughter married and got her own first puppy, she never even considered going to another clinic. Three generations of our family using Loop 410 Vet!

In my mind it takes a special person to be valued and appreciated by both humans and animals alike. Dr. Ray is one of the most compassionate, heartfelt professionals I have known. His approach to animal care is thoughtful and thorough. I appreciate his openness to discuss the best options for our four legged family members. I continue to recommend the services and staff at Loop 410 Veterinary for their exceptional patient care and customer service to all they serve. My gratitude runs deep.

They get you coming and going. I called for a price on grooming and they told me $45. when i got there with the dog they informed me it needed that boarding shot, the kennel cough one. Tag on an extra $25!!! So grooming for one dog cost me, with tip. almost $80!!! That is so RIDICULOUS. i checked around and most places, like petsmart dont require that shot, and most places only charge a few dollars for it. I wasnt boarding my dog for goodness sake. What a rip off

We picked Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital due close distance to our home, and it was the best decision ever. The staff is super nice and courteous in person and over the phone. Everyone greets our dog by name and you can tell they love their job. The Veterinarian are so patient and take their time to make sure your pet is taken care and they answer every single question with a smile. We love this Vet Hospital and I know my dog loves it too.

I have been going to Loop 410 Veterinary Hospital for 30+ years. My cats have always received the best treatment. I love the care and concern exhibited by the entire staff at the hospital. Dr. Trimmier and Dr. McFarland do an outstanding job of explaining what is going on with my cats and the options to getting my cats healthy. I highly recommend them to treat your pets medical needs.
