Terrible, overcharged, neglectful service . As mentioned in a previous review, that doctor is a thief and will overcharge you for unnecessary services. They offer free examinations for first time clients to lure you in, but will scam you of your money to make up for it. The only problem my dog had was fleas and an ear infection. First, he charged me for a small shave down and medication (without my permission) for an "infection" that i know for a fact was not infected because his scratch only happened a day before and was cleaned thoroughly. The nurse also told me that it wasnt infected before the doctor interrupted her to tell me that it was only to charge me for extra fees. Second, he told me to first take my dog to a groomer to get his ears plucked before administering medication for his ear infection. After going to two groomers, they both refused to pluck and clean his ears because he had an ear infection and informed me that it was THE VETS responsibility to take care of that if it is infected. When i called the vet office and told them what had happened, his excuse for not plucking his hair was because "there was too much hair", but he would be able to pluck it if they sedate my dog because it had been so long since he had that infection. Are you kidding me? You want to charge me MORE money to sedate my dog because you didnt do your job in the first place? Because it was "Too much hair"? Youre a DOCTOR and that is the best excuse you can come up with? Along with that, there is only a few strands of hair. To make a ridiculous excuse for his laziness and then charge his clients money for not doing his job-this is the absolute worst vet clinic i have ever been to. I was charged over $200 dollars for services that was not in my permission or needed. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I trust that my pups are in good hands at El Dorado Animal Hospital. The staff is very friendly, they have customer appreciation month each year which includes discount pricing on vaccinations, and best of all the vet will call and check on your fur baby after a procedure. Another thing I appreciate is that they will give you a cold beer during your visit! My pup Rosie loves one of the employees named Ashley that works there.

This guy is a thief and has no compassion or morals! If your animal is critically ill he will charge you for unnecessary lab work to go into his pocket. I am a critical care nurse and no I dont know everything about animals but I do know about life and what is right. This guy is a monster. Do not go there!
