We have taken our pets here for the past few years. The staff has been very patient with my very hard to handle rescue dog. She has required extensive dental work and fights every moment when being groomed or having her nails trimmed. The staff is very careful when handling her even though it may take 2 to 3 of them to safely handle her. They never complain and always smile even when 5 pounds of trouble walks through their door! This past summer we had a deeply loved Golden Retriever that became very ill very quickly. I called near closing time and they said bring her in. We had to make the difficult decision to euthanize her that night rather than putting her through painful surgeries that would only postpone the inevitable. The doctor and the vet techs all stayed well past closing time so that we could have all the time we needed to say goodbye to our furry family member. They were so supportive and helpful. They cried with us and never said a word about leaving. We were told to take all the time that we needed. That was a horrible day for my family but the people at Leon Springs Animal Hospital did what they could to make it bearable. My family will be loyal customers because of their compassion for our animals and our family members!

Ive been taking my dog there for the past two years. During one of the first visits, my dog got motion sickness and vomited all over his carrier. The techs told me not to worry about it and when I picked him up later they had cleaned out his carrier vomit and all! On another occasion, my dog had to have a tumor removed. I was so worried. The vet called me at work after the surgery to let me know everything was fine. My dog recuperated well and had no complications. Weve had absolutely no problems with well visits, vaccines, or obtaining his flea/heartworm meds. They are quick and efficient and we will continue to use their services.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. The vets dont care about the animals and have no desire to communicate with you. The vet techs are all aggressive and choked my dog saying it was "for training purposes". They abuse the animals (even the ones in the back), the clinic isnt sanitary and theyre very keen on euthanizing the pets before even helping them get better. Disgusting people...take your pets somewhere else.

This is an excellent small town vet. We moved here about three years ago and have been going here, great care, great staff, clean facility. Their kennel is quite good too, very personalized care in a small setting.

We take our dogs here for groming and they do a great job. The seem to really enjoy their experience with the staff and the groomer. I would trust them with my dogs knowing that they are safe and secure

Weve been taking our Yorkies there for over 8 years. Dr Carter and the staff are awesome. Unfortunately we have now moved so will be going to a new vet. Hoping the next experience will as positive.
