I was very impressed at the preparations that were made ahead of time per my online appt "warning" that my 11 year old cat, Buddie, would be angry. The vet tech was ready with the necessary items (scale and clean mat) and knowledge that he would need to be handled quickly. The changes that have been made in staff and technology since my last visit were impressive. To be honest, when I was driving over, I recalled my last two visits and they were not as organized and were too stressful for Buddie. I know this vet office has been through many changes in the last few years, so I decided to give you guys one last chance before changing offices. Boy, was I impressed! Thank you to the staff and Dr. Breland for a great visit. Your changes and attitude toward "difficult" customers were noticed! Thank you for realizing that most cats are not fond of the vet and taking care of my cranky guy quickly.

I have been taking Sophie to Stone Ridge for several years. Dr Pettyjohn and her staff are "first class". You feel welcomed the moment you enter the front door. There is always a gentle calmness approach to ease your nervousness as you bring your precious best friend to them for a wellness check-up or to address a greater concern. The waiting area is spacious, pleasing to the eye and immaculate...a newspaper to catch up on the daily news, TV or a hot cup of coffee. The exam rooms are equally spacious and immaculately clean. The outcome of the exam is explained fully. We depart with a feeling of being treated respectfully and tenderly...knowing your pets wellness is their first priority. Kudos to this great team at Stone Ridge!

I brought my cat Pooh there for an emergency first thing one morning with breathing problems. Dr. Pettyjohn and her staff were beyond exceptional. They were able to do chest x-rays and a quick anesthesia to evaluate his throat. Unfortunately Dr. Pettyjohn found a huge mass. She called an internal medicine doctor and got us in that same hour to see them. The story doesnt have a happy ending but the point of this review is this: Dr. Pettyjohn and Alicia, her technician went above and beyond to help me and my fur baby Pooh. They were so compassionate in our time of need. They did everything in their power possible to help me and Pooh and we received the very best care possible. I highly recommend Dr. Pettyjohn and her staff.

Stephanie Stoker 2 months ago The vets and techs are wonderful and sweet. However, their prices are extremely high. They charge me almost $600 when I took my maltipoo for a tummy ache. Ridiculous. The office manager is very rude. When I paid for my last visit, she threw ... GO TO LAKEWAY, THEY ARE JUST DOWN THE ROAD. THEY ARE SUPER NICE AND RESPECTABLE, THEIR PRICES ARE GOOD. FIRST TIME CHECKUP IS $1. I ALWAYS GO THERE WHEN I NEED A VET. THEY TREAT YOUR PET LIKE THEIR OWN.

I love Stone Ridge, the vets and all the girls!!! They take a real and concerned interest in each and every pet they see. I have been going to them for about 8 years and have never had a problem. When I had to put down my beloved dog "Dakota" (of 15 years) they let me say my final good byes as we both (vet & myself) sat on the floor as She gave Him the last shots. I could not be more pleased with the gentle and professional way they handled that visit.

All of the staff are friendly and caring. My 10 year old Golden Retriever has never gone anywhere else, and they help keep him in tip-top shape. We recently had to make an emergency visit the day after Christmas for our older cat - where we pretty much knew the outcome would not be good. They were very compassionate in assisting us during that difficult visit. The sympathy card sent later signed by everyone was a nice gesture. Highly Recommended!

All the Ladies are just wonderful. In the examine room the 2 ladies got on the floor with my dog to make her feel more comfortable. They trimmed her nails without any problems with my dog. Seems like Sassy, my dog, really liked them, too. And they were just wonderful with my cat. I am so thankful that I found them. I highly recommend this vet. You just cant find another one like this one. They really do care about their clients.

I was very impressed with everyone in the office. The tech explained the vaccinations our new rescue dog still needed and the office staff scheduled her for the next shot and explained and loaded the new program I can use on my cell phone. Dr. Pettyjohn and the tech were very gentle with this shy dog. They answered all my questions and concerns about her. I think we made a good choice for her future healthcare needs.

We are breeders of Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers and we could not be more pleased with Stone Ridge Veterinary Medical Center. Dr. Cassi Pettijohn is a great and caring vet. She has a wonderful staff. They are all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We trust all of our adult Wheatens and pups to Dr. Pettijohns care. We think so much of Dr. Pettijohn that we even named one of our breeding females after her!

Stone Ridge is an excellent resource for your pet and you. If you have a question, just call. As new pet owners, they were a real help to us. When visiting the clinic, they go to great lengths to make your pet feel at ease, even a skittish kitty. And they have a good line of products to help your pet stay happy and healthy. Theyre a real treasure for pet owners. We wont take our kitty anywhere else.

Stoneridge veterinary is amazing. They are great with our dogs. We have been going to them as a family for more than 10 years and have been very pleased. The only vet I have been to where the animals love to go and actually calm down once they have been with the staff. They get down to the animals level and play with them. Great veterinary clinic. We wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you.

The folks at Stone Ridge know you by name. I needed refills on medications, so I called them to let them know what I needed, and that I would be by in a short time. When I got there, the meds were ready. Quick and easy! I will only take my fur-babies to a clinic where knowledge, kindness and compassion are paramount. I believe I have found this here at Stone Ridge.

I would highly recommend Stone Ridge for the care of your 4 legged children! Everyone is always kind and caring. We have always been able to get a same day appointment when our babies are not feeling well. Someone calls a few days after to check up on them too. A very nice gesture to show they really do care! From the minute I walked into the clinic I was greeted with a big smile. Rachel the vet technician was awesome. Dr. PettyJohn was great. They answered all my questions and more. I feel very confident that my little Penny will be in good hands come Friday for her surgery. I feel certain this will be my new veternarian.
