This practice is filled with wonderful, caring professionals. My ancient dog was failing, and Dr. Wallis and his assistant came out to my house within an hour or so of my tearful call. They were so kind and compassionate as we helped our old girl to the rainbow bridge. I believe because we didnt try to move her, and they came to us, it made her last hours much easier than they might otherwise have been. Bless their hearts for coming out and being there for such a difficult day. As well, weve taken our other dog to their practice for checkups, nail trims, heartworm meds and other routine care, and we plan on bringing our cats...once I can convince them to get in their travel box. (No easy task, I assure you.) These are rural vets, with a mixed practice of domestic animals and farm animals. They are kind and compassionate and wonderful and despite the sadness of our Old Girl passing, they eased both her pain and ours. I could not be more pleased with the people and the service weve received from this practice.

I took my Stitch to Dr Abraham in an emergency situation about two years ago when he jumped out of a truck and injured his leg. My Mother got me an emergency appt as Dr. Wallace was her vet. I didnt have enough money for the cast that he needed for his leg. Dr. Abraham did the sweetest thing, he used half a CUSTOM cast from a cat, as my dog is a pomeranian / chihuaha and same size of a cat. Dr Wallace was there to help my Mom when her dog went blind and years later he had to be put down due to throat cancer. Since then we have been loyal customers and Dr Wallace and Dr Abraham are AMAZING CARING vets to both my Stitch and my Moms three beloved spoiled "brats". The rates are very reasonable. They have a sweet red headed vet assistant for about 6 months now too.

I called late one friday night when our family dog got hit by a car. The website said answered 24 hours. No one called us back. we found a great emergency care facility and took our dog there. The most unfortunate thing was that even as saturday arrived, or sunday or even monday I did not recieve a phone call from the office. We have found a great vet in Dr.Loftis who is caring and very informative and quick. Thank you for not answering the call and forcing us to find someone else.

Our very elderly dog was going through the stages of dying and when we called about euthanasia, they told us the earliest they could get us in was 3 days from when we called...how does that make sense? The poor dog would be dead by then, so they would lose out on money or even worse, he could hold on that long. Seems very inhumane. It makes me confused as to whether they even care about the money, much less the animals. We will not be returning.

I have been going to the vet for many, many years. They have always been very caring and have helped me when we have had to put down 2 of our beloved dogs. Dr. Karin is and always will be my favorite, but I like Dr. Wallace and Dr. Abraham as well. Our cat was very sick and so we showed up right at 8:00 when the vet opens, only to find out there was no doctor on staff until 11:00 that morning. Really? The vet is open and there is no doctor on site? And then we were told we had to make an appointment for later that day. How disappointing. Not a place Id take an animal that needs urgent care.

The place for your veterinary needs. Weve been with this office about 11 years now and have always been super happy. They are caring for the animals, knowledgeable, approachable and very friendly staff. Make efforts to accommodate your schedule and just really easy to work with. We had 2 cats and they took care of them since babies.

Last Thursday our family dog of 11 years passed away unexpectedly. I knew our vet was too far away (west Plano) so I called Parker Road. Deb was so kind and loving and even stayed late to help with our unfortunate situation. I am forever grateful to this amazing staff for being so kind. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Everytime I go to this vet I am pleased. The vets and vet techs are so nice and knowledgeable. I dont mind waiting to be able to get good quality service from vets that I can trust. They are not the cheapest, but I dont want my dogs to be shortcutted with quality. Great vet office in Wylie.

Worst place. Told me they would take in my puppy with parvo, and then vet refused to see her because i dont live in the area, when my friends puppies were there a couple months ago. Vet doesnt care about your dog, cares about money.

Our fur babies couldnt be in better hands. I love that if we have an after hours emergency, our dogs will quickly be seen by one of the vets on call. Its a wonderful feeling to wholeheartedly trust your vet and their staff.

All the techs are great with my two American bulldogs and I trust all of the Dr. there but Dr. Wallace is great and saved my baby girl from a lodged duck head in her intestines! Millions of thanks to the whole staff!

Absolutely the best place to take your animals. I live in Dallas and drive all the way out to Wylie for them because I know I can trust them with my furbabies! All of the staff is wonderful too <3
