I am new to the area and found American Paws randomly on the internet and thought I would give the office a shot. On my first visit I was surprised and delighted at the friendliness of Dr. Pope and the staff. I can really tell that they love animals and are truly passionate about what they do. I brought my three month old kitten in for his shots and on the second round he immediately had a severe allergic reaction. Dr. Pope reacted quickly and saved his life. Apparently this is an extremely rare occurence, and this is the first cat she has ever had have this reaction. Despite this, she knew exactly what to do and did it quickly.I truly believe that if I went to any other vet he would have died. Thanks to Dr. Pope and her great staff, my kitty is still alive and thriving. Even though it is a farther drive for me, I am definitely going to American Paws from now on.

There is no one else I would ever trust with my pet. When I first brought my pet home, I noticed he had cloudy urine and I took him in right away to Dr. Pope and her staff at American Paws. I was treated just like family, and although she didnt see anything in the first urine sample (it was a sample taken hours prior) we tried again with a clean catch and saw he was sick! Not only did she not brush aside my worries but she made sure that I left with peace of mind! I will NEVER go anywhere else!! They take such good care of my little "man!" Trust this place, they are fair with money and are always there if you need them!!!

Dr. Pope is wonderful. She and her staff truly care about these animals. We adopted a dog from a shelter and found out a few days later that she had Parvo and two other serious illnesses. We couldnt afford to take our dog to an animal hospital as it would cost thousands of dollars. Dr. Pope offered to let us bring our dog to her twice a day so she could put IVs in her to hydrate her. She only charged us the cost of medicine-nothing else. Miraculously our dog survived and it was all thanks to her and her great staff!

Dr. Julie Pope saved our Poms life after having an allergic reaction in 2010. Shes been his vet since he was a puppy and we would never change. She truly cares about her patients and has gone out of her way on several occasions to make sure our puppy was ok. Very friendly staff who remember me on the phone or in person every time. Due to our hectic schedules she has been able to fit us in as walk ins several times. Thanks American Paws! Cant wait to move back to Utah!

Dr Jolie has always been so great with my dog and cat. I even drive out of my way to go see her instead of a vet that is closer. I love going there!
