Very unprofessional dental office! The only thing their concern is a 5 star google review (even though they havent even performed the services yet) and money. My wife has been going to this office for over a year now. She had major work done to the tone of making 10k plus from her insurance company. One day I decided to get my teeth cleaned so I set a appointment the following week. They offered me a reduced price from $99 to $49 if my wife and I would submit a 5 star review. We said good and submitted 2 reviews. On the day of appointment, when I got to office. The lady at the front desk said they cant honor the price cause they didnt see the reviews. I was surprised because my wife and I both submitted the reviews inside the office the prior week. Im not sure how they deleted the reviews but I know if a review flagged on a personal google account there is a chance of being deleted. So I decided to skip out and go to a different dentist. They treated much better and gave me the same $49 price without asking me to submit a 5 star review. My wife had last visit today and she doesnt plan on going back. Overall Because of this reason they have lost My wife, Myself and our 2 kids as clients. I hope they are happy about losing client retention and losing future profits over $50. I hope this review stays up long enough before one of their employees red flags it from their personal account.

Dr. Le and her staff are very nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable from the start and that she cares for her patients. She actually has a great memory, remembering not just info/facts found in the profile but also things from our small talks! Theres a video game system/ T.V. and magazines for those waiting to be seen (which doesnt really take too long if you show up on your schedule time). They always inform me about the procedures beforehand. I have inner braces on both the top and bottom and they are always careful working around those; never had a problem with the braces. Overall I would recommend Dr. Le and her staff as they seem to take care me and my family well and are friendly. Note- I just get the normal dental checkups. Only had one procedure outside of that done and that was to reattach one side of the inner braces.

My Fairfax dental is a highly sophisticated dental office with all the amenities you can think of. Dr Hang le and her staff are one the most efficient and impressive health care professionals I have come across in a long time. All the treatment costs were clearly explained upfront without any gotcha moments later. My treatment sessions went extremely smooth and I feel really great after my deep cleaning session. I have never seen a dentist being so detail oriented and thorough. I would highly recommend Dr Le to my family and friends as she will take Good care of her patients always. She also gave me a round to her office and the sterilization area was very clean and hygienic.I am so glad that I found her and for sure for rest of my life she will be my only dentist .

Went and saw Dr. Le last year for a cleaning. Admittedly, I hadnt been in some time due to a painfully traumatic experience at another dentist. I figured I would sooner see my teeth ROT out of my head than experience the kind of pain I endured from the other lady. Well, I met Dr. Le at PF Changs (Where I was working at the time), and she changed my mind. My first visit to this office and Im hooked for life. Super-friendly, super nice, and GENTLE! I was able to make it through the entire procedure without wincing. Now Im going back for what I suspect will be the most painful ordeal of my life (Root canals, extractions, etc) but I wouldnt trust another soul on the planet to do it. Dr. Le, THANK YOU for being the best dentist. My teeth appreciate it! :D

Very Unprofessional dentist and entire attitude of personnel. They offered a deal of $49 instead of $99 if we post a 5 star Google review but refused later stating that the offer expired while day before confirmed on the phone that the deal is still active. They actually stated that when they called us the appointment. At the time of our arrival the office was empty like they have no patients at ALL. It looked like theyve been waiting for us to announce that we will have to pay double fees. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and Desperate and SAD. DO NOT GO and see DR. Le and her so called MY FAIRFAX DENTAL. Waste of time and at the end absolutely incredibly unprofessional behavior of entire office.

I had chipped and discolored teeth. I hated to smile and I really hated to have my picture taken. I had 16 veneers put on by Dr Le. I feel like a new person! I now smile all the time and allow my picture to be taken. Dr Le was amazing! She is very professional and answered all of my questions and made sure my veneers were put on properly. She always makes a point of calling afterwards to make sure I am OK and using my mouth guard at night. (important to do with veneers if you tend to grind teeth) I highly recommend Dr Le and her staff. She is my primary dentist and also did a few crowns for me. With my new mouth I feel 20 years younger!

I took my two kids for their first dental check up today. They staff were great and were very interactive with the kids. They explained the procedure and the instruments they were going to use to make them comfortable with the whole process. The kids were excited and were very cooperative. My son was a little afraid however, they made it so fun, that he was felt comfortable. Of course, getting a toy after the visit was icing on the cake. I have never experienced such professionalism and patience with the younger patients. They made going to the dentist a fun experience. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Le has been our family dentist for almost over 7 years. Throughout these years we have never thought of changing because of Dr. Le’s excellent services. She cares for her patient, not only medically but also personally, she seeks to understand who you are and care for you well-being like a good friend. Her bubbly personality and laughter almost bring a smile to us whenever we visit. She displays a high level of professionalism and seeks the best treatment for each patient. I truly recommend her to everyone who is seeking a life-long dentist. She will forever be my one and ONLY dentist.

I chose My Fairfax Dental to do my Invisalign work by chance because it is close to where I live. But I discovered an excellent dentist! Dont be fooled by her young look, Dr. Le is good at what she does. I trust her skill and knowledge. She always listens to my concern, finds the best options and explains in detail. My Invisalign procedure is close to complete and I am happy with the result. She and her staff are patient and friendly. My visits to the office has been very pleasant. The office is well equipped and conveniently located next to I66. I highly recommend Dr. Le to everybody.
