I went for a root canal over a year ago. During the process I have never been in more pain and they did not want to give me more novocaine. I was in tears the entire process. I moved shortly after and saw two dentists who said that my crown and root canal was done poorly and needed to be redone. I not only had issues with the one tooth but it also created a cavity in the tooth behind and in front. The one in front may need its own root canal as well. So now I have to pay over $700 because I am over the limit for my insurance. All because of one poorly done root canal.
