First I started off with the girl who is "cold" Bri. I was referred for my daughter to have extensive work done. So right off we had a filling, then I took off early from work to have 3 fillings done for my daughter. We arrived on time, and "Bri" spent 45 minutes lecturing us about what our bill was and that insurance didnt cover what to the point that there was 15 minutes left until their office closed. I informed her I NEVER received a bill. so 30 minutes go by, they fill ONLY ONE tooth...because they were closing (because this woman nagged and nagged for 45 min-when what was to be done today was totally covered 100%) so now I was going to need to take off another afternoon from work to do the fillings that should have been done previously!!??. I explained that their services are far HIGHER than the norm (as I researched) she insisted that they only use todays highest quality items...odd when their office has a SPACE HEATER and no heat in the lobby, so clearly no quality item there. So I go to confirm my next appointment and am told by the nice girl in the front that I have been dropped from their practice, and did I get the letter? To which NO I still to this date have NOT. I wonder if the dentist even knows that they dropped the level of care here, and I should let my insurance carrier know. BUYER BEWARE here-

i found frederick dental through a friend who called to tell me he had just gone to the best dentist and proceeded to tell me all about it. weird huh? no one calls to tell you about a dentist unless it is something bad. when i needed a dentist (emergency), i called my friend and got the name and number of Dr. Verma. i was taken immediately and my issue corrected. compassion was shown addressing my fears (needles). i liked them immediately, they were so gentle. i have come to learn that they are continually learning new techniques and investing in using them to help their patients. this is important to me as i want a dentist who is continually educating himself and his staff in the new methods available. this adds to the quality of service. i have been a client at the frederick dental office for a number of years. i cant imagine going to anyone else. i actually look forward to seeing dr.verma and his assistant alex. they are both so competent that when you arrive, you can just relax and let them take charge. my experiences have been awesome and would (and have) recommended them.

I took my son to Dr. Verma for years. Our experience there was wonderful. My son had a serious mouth injury, I was required to give $ (a few hundred dollars) before my son would receive treatment. The office assured me that after my insurance paid for treatment, I would be reimbursed. I had to call repeatedly, go thru hoops, was ultimately told I would NOT be getting any money back. I had no other choice than to file an appeal. After a few months of this ordeal, I was granted my appeal and my money was refunded. Along with my refund check I received a letter from Dr. Vermas office stating that because of what happened with my sons situation, they no longer would accept my sons insurance. I am extremely disappointed that just because this office was made to do what they stated, they will no longer accept my son as a patient there. I will never refer this office ot anyone I know.

I had one wisdom tooth extracted under local sedation. So I was awake and aware. I did have concerns seeing as I was getting a wisdom tooth out but Dr. Verma practically numbed my whole face so Id feel comfortable. I had no prior plan of getting my tooth out on that day but I did have an appt. with a oral surgeon to get the same tooth removed for more than twice what Dr. Verma charged which was around 375 just for one tooth and the local. I only have one negative comment. He didnt give me anything for pain after surgery which was fine for the first four hours and then Tylenol and motrin werent helping at all. He did call then and give me something the next morning which helped a little. Id just prefer not to feel my poor jaw. All in all, Im gonna go back when I have the money to remove the other wisdom teeth.

Terrific from start to finish. I needed a new crown and it was not an easy job because the tooth below the old crown had degraded and they had to build up my tooth before attaching the new ceramic crown. Also, they used their new CEREC (not sure if thats the correct spelling) machine to mold my new crown right there in the office. I had a crown replaced in one visit! It was awesome! Ive been going to Frederick Dental Group for several years and I have never had a problem. Always first rate. Also, the office is kept very clean. Thats important to me and maybe you, too.

Dr. Verma is the best dentist. I called as an emergency and his office saw me right away. I came in with my bridge off of my front teeth and I had been patching it along for a long time. Unfortunately the bridge could not be saved and I knew I would need dentures. Well Dr. Verma worked with his Lab Technician and had me an upper denture made by the following evening. I will never be able to thank him enough. He is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been recommending him to everyone I know.

Had a terrible toothache for 5 days without any relief from any meds. Google the office in am, call them to have a same day appointment as a new pt, the receptionist were so kind and very helpful. She did gave me an appt on the same day in the afternoon. Got there Dr. Verma and the all staff were great and she took care of my wisdom tooth without any pain. Yes I highly recommended this place. For me I found the better place for my bright smile.. Thank you very much for all the care.

They were very friendly and helpful when we came to the office. They make sure everyone is comfortable when waiting. My procedure was done very quick and very professional! Highly recommend this dentist office, I am definitely going back for any dental work I need.

I went in for a wisdom tooth removal. They numbed my mouth in it took The Dr. 10 second to pull my tooth. It has now been 24 hrs since it was pulled and I have had no mouth pain and soreness from the pull. One of the best dentists and staff i have ever experienced
