This Dentist office have given me the worst dental experience. The staff is very on professional. Out of the bunch is the office manager is the worst. She have no idea how to control or run filing system. The office send me a bill for dental procedure. I called for the detail info of the bill. Then call my insurance about the bill and the two amount was night n day. I went to the office paid the amount the insurance told me to pay. As a result, told the office manager to send me the details of the any other bill and I will whatever the insurance instruct me to pay. Couple weeks later I am getting letter from a law office asking for outstanding balance on the payment. Be very careful of the office manager and her filing system..

It took 4 months for completion of full upper denture. It still is not right. My wife had similar experience when the dentist ground her partial down so now when she eats it falls out and it needs to be replaced. In addition she had made a bridge that was wider than it should have been and in 1 year it broke. She was sent to another Dentist for consulting and then the two were to discuss how to proceed with the repair. The dentist would not return phone calls and we could only think that she did not know how to fix the problem so by ignoring her patient it will go away. We do not recommend this center for anything outside of routine.

My wife went to Tranquility and is new to the American system of insurance. Her experience was a "let us do this and that and dont worry." They wanted to charge her for extensive cleaning that our PPO would cover but failed to give the total prior to the examination. Again, not even a cleaning was done- only inspection and estimates. All that for a charge of $97 dollars. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is that they do have representatives and an office manager that will answer the phone.

These people are the rudest scam artists Ive ever met. Like others have said, they refuse to schedule a cleaning on the first visit which is not industry standard by any means. They do a preliminary appointment, take X-rays and do a consult not covered by insurance first and then make you schedule a separate appointment for a cleaning, which of course I wont be. Theyre constantly trying to make money from you, I feel like Im getting harassed by a car dealership honestly.

Very poor quality dental work. Now ~3 years later Ive had to have all of the fillings replaced that Tranquility put in because of their shoddy work. They tried charging me for work that was never done (fortunately I paid attention to what I was billed for). They charged much more than other local dentists (with the same insurance). I do NOT recommend going to Tranquility Dental.

Condescending dentists and staff who inadequately treat paying patients. Mean and short tempered dentists who refuse to prescribe pain medication under any circumstances, including for acute and very painful abscesses. This group of dental personnel are a nightmare to deal with, not a tranquil experience.

Worst dental service. The dentist doesnt even introduce herself nor explains what procedure she will do. I had so much pain and she did not prescribe anything for it and i had to change my dentist who gave me meds for pain and said she had messed up my root canal.
