Like most, I dread the dentist. But Dr. Baicy and her staff made the appointment as pleasant as possible. In the past I have had bad experiences with dentists trying to nickel and dime, recommending fillings, etc. that were not needed. Dr. Baicy did not make me feel that way at all. The dental hygienist was so great, very gentle, and explained to me what she was doing as she went along. I am pregnant and both the hygienist and Dr. Baicy talked to me about their children and the importance of dental health while pregnant. I will be a patient for life!

I had a deep cleaning/scaling with Natalie and she was amazing! I was a bit nervous considering the fact that she would be cleaning so deep under my gums. Like many others, the dentist is my biggest fear. Natalie was gentle, professional, and courteous. It went so well that I didnt know she had performed the scaling! I thought she was still scraping around my teeth, when in fact she had gone as deep as 6mm into my gums! No novocaine was used, only a numbing gel. Highly recommend this office. Its a great environment with a really great team.

I have gone to the same dentist my whole life. I just moved to Richmond at the new year, and was nervous to try a new dentist. My coworker recommended Dr. Baicy, and I am sure glad I listened. MY first visit was nothing but memorable. The office is located in a great and convenient location, and there are no words to describe how friendly and welcoming the staff was. From the minute I walked in, everyone was smiling, caring, and prompt. I did not have wait at all, and I was in and out in a breeze. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Ive been coming to Dr. Baicys office for 2 years now, and have nothing but positive things to say. First of all, I hate waiting rooms and I have never waited longer than two minutes for an appointment here. The young and professional staff is also super friendly and informative - so much that I actually feel more educated each time I leave. I used to dread going to dental appointments as a kid, but thanks to Dr. Baicy and her squad of professionals I no longer fear it.

All the staff at Dr. Baicys practice are extremely friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable and amazing at what they do. I always know when I walk through her door that I am in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Baicys practice. Above all, Dr. Baicy and her staff value their patients. They take the time to get to know their patients, explain what they are doing, and explain why they are doing it. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and skilled. Additionally, the office is very efficient with billing and appointment notifications. If you need to choose a dental practice, this is the place to go.

This was my very first time going to the dentist in forever! I was very nervous at first and even considering canceling my appointment for a later day. However, I ended up going..I was greeted with a smile, the hygienist took me back and was very knowledgeable! She took her time to educate me on the health of my teeth! I have found my new dentist! Everyone that works there is amazing! The positive vibes are always so welcoming. They are very knowledgeable & prompt. They ensure you are comfortable before starting any procedure.
