Ive always had bad experiences with doctors..they always seemed to brush me off and just prescribed me medication to shut me up and never wanted to take the time and listen to how I was feeling. After that I told myself Id never go to the doctors again..and then today happened. I went into this clinic nervous and scared because I was feeling ear trouble and I didnt think Id be taken seriously yet again BUT that was not the case here. Not only was I taken seriously and felt so welcomed by the staff but Dr. Singh is such a caring and just straight up nice man that no wonder he is such a great doctor as well. He was patient and actually listened to how I felt. Definitely the place Id turn to first if I ever need to see a doctor again. Hands down a beautiful soul.

Would have given 10 stars if possible. I just got home from my first visit w Dr Singh. I choose him because his reviews were so great and I needed a place that was open on a Sunday in my area. Receptionist was fantastic and informative on the phone. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience from start to finish. Dr Singh has a sense of humor and was just really nice. I do not have insurance and was paying out of pocket for the consultation and prescriptions. He was totally considerate of those facts and only prescribed what I truly needed to get back to normal. I will most definitely go back to him if ever I need a doctor again.

Dr. Singh was kind and listened to what I had to say. I was so miserable and in so much pain. The staff was kind and efficient as well. I have never been treated better at any other urgent care or Doctors office. I really dont have the words to thank them enough for treating me the way they did. I was in the our of the office within half an hour and got my pain medicines right away. Thank you so very much! I would recommend this office to all my family.

Absolutely amazing! They apologized for the long wait (10 minutes) and let me know theyd be another 5 minutes. They then took care and tread lightly with my timid 4 year old making sure to ease her mind so that she could be examined. While I hope that I dont need to go back anytime soon, it was well worth the 35 minute drive. Great doctor who explained things well and really cared about us. 5 stars for sure!

Visiting from out of state, stopped in Gainesville for dinner, when our daughters ear ache suddenly became unbearable. We found Gainesville Urgent Care online, around the corner from the restaurant. We were seen quickly, and Dr. Singh identified the problem and sent us to a pharmacy close by. We made it back to the restaurant in time to have dinner with the rest of the family!

Dr. Singh is an experience doctor who cares of his patient and listen to them.Waiting time is less in a office.I had been visited to different urgent care including nova but I found Dr. singh urgent care is the best one.I am very happy to have a dr.like him so we all can get a best treatment on time.My 6 years old daughter said " mom i like him he is very generous person".

Ive been going to Dr. Singh for years. The office is fast and friendly. He takes the time to listen to your complaints while asking questions. Youre in good hands here. Hes even treated my three year old daughter when her pediatrician was closed. Highly recommend! I wont go anywhere else!

I loved this place and Dr Singh, which is why Im giving a high review. I am disappointed though in the fact that I was turned away tonight 23 minutes before their "closing" time. They apparently say they close at 8 but turn patients away 30 min before that.
