Ive been a patient here for many years, since they switched to privia medical group it seems quality of care and customer service has plummeted. They care more about squeezing in as many patients as possible to make a buck. Recently o switched jobs and it requires me to find private insurance, I didnt want the headache of finding a new doctor, so I looked through the list of insurance companies they will except on their website and decided to go with Kaiser, when calling to make an appointment two months after switching my insurance I find out they do not except Kaiser and have no sympathy about their website being inaccurate. So I guess this has been a blessing in disguise to go to a new doctor! But if you have to go here, make the extra drive to the Manassas location where the staff is much friendlier and they seem to care more about your health and not an extra dollar

Very Pleased! Ive been a patient of Prince William Family Medicine for many years and I have nothing but praise for every visit Ive ever had. I usually get an appointment right when I need it (there have been times during a flu outbreak that Ive had to wait), and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be taking to a room once I arrive at the office. The lab tech is wonderful at taking my blood (I hate needles) and many times my whole office visit, including lab work, lasts a total of 30-45 minutes.

Will not call to inform you that your blood/ test results are in even if they are abnormal!! The actual visit went somewhat well except for the feeling of being rushed out the door and not being able to express all your personal health concerns with the provider.... its no wonder their manassas location only holds a two star rating and the only review for the gainsville location is a negative one... If your looking for a new health care provider do your self a favor and go elsewhere...

I saw Kim the NP for a medical issue. Her approach was sexist and I was gaslighted. She offered parenting advice - she even stated it was parenting advice and asked if I could quite my job! She refused to do a Pap even though its been over 3 years. Sure the staff is friendly and you get seen quick but if you are a woman expect to be politely labeled as a hypochondriac despite abnormal lab work and clinical symptoms.

Love Dr. Peacock! He is the most understanding, helpful, and educational doctor Ive had. The lab lady is fantastic and never leaves a bruise at the needle point (and I bruise easy!). 4 stars instead of 5 because of the lack of interest/friendliness from reception staff. It always seems like they have better things to do than greet me.

Customer service is awful. Ive had bad experiences on multiple occasions. Only reason I continue to go there is for Dr. Baxter, shes my favorite.
