Dr. Higgins is a wonderful Doctor. I had a complete hip replacement. I called to make a appointment and I was able to get a appointment in a couple of days and felt they were very thorough and a gave me a peace of mind about having this done so quickly. Each follow up visit i barley had time to sit down before they would called me back for my appointment. They were so nice to me and never skipped a beat. I had a problem of a half inch portion of my incision not wanting to heal (due to my size) . Dr. Higgins stayed right on top of it personally. He was such a all around A+ rated Doctor I was informed about everything and and the greatest care. I was up and walking the next day and without assistance within a couple of weeks. Now my Mom is having her knees done by him!

Not once but twice I have drove to have PT done and the same car is getting detailed in your parking lot taking up 3 spaces (parked in the center of the line with doors open) and the people doing it parked behind them causing it difficult to drive around with cars driving both directions. Sick and tired of looking for a spot I pulled up and asked the gentlemen why he was doing this at a place of business and they just said it was an employees car and she has it done a couple times a month. Maybe that employee should be more considerate and have that type of stuff done at home and not at her job. Very rude especially for elderly patients trying to park close to enter the building. This employee should know better than to have their black Audi cleaned at her workplace.

Im aggravated with there business hours . I have to miss time from work any time I need to come here . How about being open for business a few hours on Saturday that would make things more convenient. And why is there a 20$ for the clinic to fill out a FMLA form. Its bad enough theres a 40$ copay each visit, and now you wanna charge a 20$ fee for some paperwork . No thank you, its getting expensive to see and visit a specialist these days.

Great experience. I was treated with respect and dignity. Appointments always began on time. Every employee I encountered treated me like I was a family member. Very professional and friendly. I VERY highly recommend if you need physical therapy this is the place to go. And they are always smiling! I could tell everyone working with me enjoyed helping me get better! Thank all of you!!!

Left voice mail last Wednesday on the referral line, which stated calls will be returned within 24-48 hours. It is Monday and I have not received a returned call. I was told I have to talk to the people in Williamsburg since that was where the referral was made, however, no one ever picks up the phone in Williamsburg. Poor customer service.

Went in today to get my finger looked at and had a "unpaid" bill from January 15 (7 months later) even though they had the correct address and now have to have to pay double the co-pay plus the doctor is 30 mins late. Not good service for a $70 fee. But the X-ray tech and Doctor are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The doctors at this practice are excellent. I have been to see many of them and hear nothing but great things about the other doctors there. If you want a specialist to treat your pain this is definitely the place to go!
