Went in twice with my mother, the first time waa in July of 2016. A particular doctor there was very rude and was bit**ing at her not having insurance while my mother was in near crying pain. It wasnt long before an xray showed she had an aneurysm that had ruptured. She was sent to Fairfax and we were relieved we wouldnt be staying there. Months later my mother had back pain and couldnt walk, it wasnt long before I talked her into going to landsdowne since we didnt want to deal with that same particular doctor. A second visit since are ran out of pain meds we found she worked in the ER at landsdowne as well. We had avoided her the prior visit for the same back issue.. She gave us meds after showing she still had no bedside manner still and wouldnt do anything besides moving my mother in ways that hurt her despite having done the same tests before. After an MRI weeks later after other er visits because of the pain we found she had a herniated disc and a pinched nerve.

Never in my life have I witness my family and myself be treated with so much disrespect. They had zero care for my mother and her health. They treated her for anxiety when that wasnt even what we came in for. They were rude, nasty, and half the time didnt even respond when we asked for something. Oh and lets not mention that one of the nurses threw my mom into the bed after letting her fall to the point where even my grandmother said "be careful you will hurt her". Her response "oh she will be fine". Please nobody every go here. Any other hospital in the area would be fine. I could go on and on with a list of complaints but the bottom line is for "professional" caretakers they did a terrible job. A hospital is the last place to be disrespectful and talking down/ rudely to people who are already stressed out and upset.

Everyone that helped me in anyway was so nice and caring. They really care about the patient, and take the extra step to even hold your hand or give you a hug if that is what you need. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Unfortunately being disabled and having medical needs on a regular basis, they are always caring. During my last visit, I checked in and before I could even sit down in the waiting room, they called me to go back. My nurse, Yim, was incredibly caring, sweet, concerned for my health. She was in the room when I got back there. Five minutes later the Doctor comes in and immediately went to work to make me feel better. No one wants to go to the ER, but these Doctors and Nurses make it as pleasant as possible. Thank you all so very much.

Went in for crisis care after an 8 day migraine. The doctor asked if maybe I was confused and perhaps it was a virus. After 35 years, Im well aware of what a protracted migraine is. Then she told me that to give me pain medication would essentially be contributing to the teen heroine addiction crisis. The nurse who put in my IV spurred my blood everywhere and left me with a Hugh haematoma. Not once was I asked during or after the treatment if I was feeling any better, though she did ask if I couldnt just go home and take the medication my neurologist prescribed. If that had worked, I would not have sought care in the ER. A year ago this was a terrific, caring facility. No longer. I will never seek "medical" care there again.

Arrived with my wife at 4 pm at Inova Cornwall Street outpatient dept., asked if they could do the Doppler test for my wife that day – the nurse got the radiologist and he said as soon as my wife was checked in he would come and get her. Started checking her in at 4.35 and then was told us they dont accept anyone after 4.30 pm, however we could go and try Inova Loudoun Campus. I asked for the script back and went to StoneSprings Hospital Center, where we had a very pleasant, drama free experience.

Female reptionist yelled across the waiting room, "Are you pregnant?" to me. Male receptionist walked over and tapped me on the one, rather than addressing me professionally. I was the only one in the waiting room, yet, they made me wait an hour and said, "Im not sure if hes going to do the X-ray for you."

My mom went in in horrible pain. The physician said nothing was wrong with her and had discharge papers written. We asked to see another doctor. Come to find out she had appendicitis and her spleen had ruptured. She was immediately sent to inova landsdown for an emergency surgery. Horrible doctor!

Another 1 star Inova experience. 2 1/2 hour wait in ER before a stretcher in the ER hallway. No more Inova, period, for us.
