GENTLE! Thats the word. Ive got sensitive teeth and a sensitive mouth in general, due to a medical (not dental) issue. The whole team takes great care when performing root scaling and cleanings. I dont even need any numbing agents because they are so careful. When I do need to be numbed up, Dr. Pell simply knows/remembers that I have a high tolerance for Novocaine and is careful to check sensitivity before he starts the drill. The whole team is also great about appointments, reminders about appointments, billing, insurance and the whole back-office functions that can be painful to deal with and especially so right after having your teeth drilled. Finally, the new office is great! It is warm, clean and comfortable. I think that is really important, especially for anyone with dentist fears or nervousness. I really cant say enough great things about Shenandoah Family Dentistry. If you need a dentist, pick any schmuck. If you want a great dentist and/or hygienist, pick Shenandoah Family Dentistry.

I was looking for a new dentist in the area and I noticed Dr. Pell and the team at Shenandoah Family Dentistry had great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I also noticed they offer early morning appointments which was a huge plus for me. The office is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised at how much time Dr. Pell spent examining my teeth, as all the dentists Ive visited in the past have been in/out of the room in 30 seconds or less. It was a small difference that made a big impression. They were also super gentle! Now I can see why everyone has rated Shenandoah Family Dentistry so highly. I would definitely recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Pell and his entire staff are impeccable in their professionalism; not only their commitment to state of the art care, but also their personal commitment to individual attention, friendliness,accomodation, flexibility regarding scheduling, natural understanding related to the patients potential stress, whether this is related to complicated dental needs or psychological anxiety- everyone is approachable and comforting- without being patronizing. If you need a good dentist- go to someone great- Dr. Pell! If you dread dental cleaning, go to Dr. Pell and the staff at Shenandoah Family Dentistry. I am whole heartedly serious. Prior to becoming a patient at Shenandoah Family Dentistry, I had read the reviews on line and visited the office. I was impressed with the positive reviews, and the bright, friendly professionalism of the office. My first visit was also very positive. I felt the staff was very interested in creating a good experience for me. We developed a treatment plan that will allow me to address my dental needs over a time frame that is within my budget. As a senior citizen without dental insurance coverage, I feel I can finally receive the dental care that I need. I would highly recommend Shenandoah Family Dentistry to all family members from children to senior citizens.

I had a follow up appointment to get my tooth filled and once again the staff was very friendly. Even though it was my second time going there I felt like Ive been going there my whole life. The receptionist give excellent service. Dr Pell is AWESOME. I took my husband there too and his experience was just as good as mine. Shenandoah Family Dentistry is our new dentist. Thanks guys for making us feel like family and for the excellent work that you guys are doing. I had my cleaning done last week and I must say Ive never had my teeth clean without feeling pain or uneasiness. They know what they are about. I would gladly recommend everyone

I was able to get in quickly as a new patient. Everyone is extremely friendly the moment you enter their office. Right before my appointment I was given a tour of the facility. They are using the latest technology available in the dental industry. I was very impressed. Dr. Pell was friendly and very knowledgeable. In addition to xrays, they also took photographs of my teeth. They were able to show me exactly where my problem areas were. I will be going back soon for some dental work and this will become my regular dentist for cleanings.

Just had a root canal done and having had one done years ago at another dentist, I went in with tears in my eyes because I was so scared. They reassured me and made me feel comfortable. They completed part 1 of the root canal flawlessly and in about half hour!! I felt nothing, not even the needle that was used to numb me. As weird as this may sound , it was almost enjoyable. Hands down, such an excellent dentist office and have done nothing but brag about the office since my visit! Definitely recommend!

Very gentle and fast. They cater to tough guys with high pain tolorance or wimps that need a lot of meds. The pricing is also pretty reasonable. The staff is friendly and professional. Ive got a unique medical condition that impacts my dental treatment. The whole office took the time to read up on my condition and discuss how procedures would impact me. I highly recommend Dr. Pell because he and his entire staff are friendly and very competent. You wont find better dental care within 100 miles.

Shenandoah Family Dentistry provided me with the best dental experience that Ive ever had! From the dental assistants to the hygienists to the doctors to the administrative staff, everyone was genuine and more than willing to offer their assistance! Amazing atmosphere! And state-of-the-art dental technology! As a dental assistant at another facility, I was wowed by the whole experience. Id get my teeth cleaned every month so that I could just to be a part of that atmosphere more often :)

The staff was awesome and accommodating. They took me in on short notice with pain I developed over the weekend. After the exam I had the bad news of needing a root canal in a week. But my lucky day continued, I didnt have to wait a week as an appointment opened up and they where able to get me in and out in under an hour. Went back to work for a few hours until meds wore off. Its been a few days after the procedure and I am feeling better. Thank you Dr. Pell and Linda.

I had been looking for a new dentist. Some of my bridgework had fallen out so it made my search more immediate. I found Dr. Pell on a Google search and decided to give him a try. His office staff literally had me in there the next day! He was able to repair my bridge in that one visit! He feels I can get some more mileage out of it! He is a phenomenal dentist! The entire staff of Shenandoah Family Dentistry are professional and friendly. This was my fourth visit and all appointments have been on time. I had another great cleaning with Tina - my teeth really sparkle when shes finished. On another occasion I needed a tooth extracted and the big novocaine needle was delivered painlessly by Dr. Bohrer and the entire procedure quite painless. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Pell and his staff take great care of our teeth! Since we are older thats very important to us. Dr. Pell is up-to-date and knowledgable in his practice and his staff are friendly and supportive. I have visited them twice yearly for over a decade. My husband who is a Parkinsons disease sufferer receives exceptional care and support from Dr. Pell and staff.
