I have been going to this dentist for over 2 year now. Their work is, at best, average as I needed one filling redone twice after the first visit for that tooth. When I asked for my digital records to be emailed to another dental office they charged me an illegal $25 transfer fee. I looked up the law RCW 70.02.010 clearly stating they were in the wrong and yet they still refused to offer a refund of $25, after I have given them thousands of dollars of business. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Bottom line, they are in business for them, not the customer.

Its rare that anyone actually enjoys their visit to the dentist, but Dr. Chi and his staff made my visit as enjoyable as it can get! They are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly!! The hygienist talked me through everything she was doing and gave me some really great tips on brushing and overall care that I have never heard before. Dr. Chi is amazing! Super talented and so nice! I will definitely be sending all my friends and family to Dr. Chi ! I actually look forward to my next cleaning!

I brought my mother, whos 80 years, in for new dentures. They extracted three cracked teeth too. The experience was actually pleasant due to the professional care and courtesy of Dr. Park and his staff. Ive been putting off, procrastinating for years, necessary care for my teeth and will be making an appointment for myself this week.

Federal Way Dental is a place you must go if you are seeking for a new dentist. Dr. Chi and his team is the BEST!! They are good at what they do, they are kind and friendly - makes me super comfortable and depresses my dental anxiety.

I come here about twice a year to get cleanings and checkups. The staff is very friendly and is on top of making sure your teeth are clean and cavity free! Definitely recommend coming here :)
