Would like to give zero stars...This clinic cost me over 19 days of lost work. Thats right around $4000. While customer service in the medical field is dismal at best, this clinic is best described as pitiful. In my career, I have been to a dozen different clinics, and this one is by far the most pitiful. Trip 1 - Waited 102 minutes from checkin to be called up. After vitals were taken, doctor didnt come in for another 54 minutes. Was told I would need a sleep study, given a 90 day card, but referral didnt get sent out for 32 days, after seven different phone calls by myself to the referral office. Trip 2 - Once the results of the sleep study were received, Dr said he would give me a 21 day extension to acquire 30 day compliance report, at which time he would give me a one-year card. Then he passed the buck to another Dr, and guess what, she wasnt in that day, which caused Trip 3. Mind you, the clinic is 38 miles from my house, and Ive now made three trips (228 miles and about nine hours of my life Ill never get back). When I obtained the 30 day compliance report, I faxed it to staff on 9/15, and she said Dr would review it and call me back that day. That didnt happen. Three phone calls on 9/16 resulted in me being told that I would need another physical because the card had expired, according to the DOT rules. That didnt match what Dr told me face-to-face. Now, not only do I have to get another physical, but Ill also have to wait at the DOL to provide them my medical certification, for the third time. By the way, I manage a trucking terminal and am responsible for 70 professional drivers. I will never again send one of my drivers to this clinic. My drivers cant afford to be out of work for four weeks, nor could our business survive if we provided this pitiful service to our customer.

To me this place treat people unfairly, specially if you have accent or with foreign last name . I visited U.S. Health works recently 12/02/2014. I showed up early in the morning 10am, the front desk lady told me my wait time would be 2 1/2 hours. I asked her if i could leave and come back, she said no, and said that i will be accepted in about 30 to 45 minutes and placed in to a room. I sat there till 4:50PM i called in to the room . I sat in the room for another hour !!! Nurse came by and said that i will be next. I told her that i been told that im next 5 hours go ! She said to wait another 15 minutes, I waited another 40 minutes before the Physician showed up . Spent with the Physician about 5 to 7 minutes. Got the prescription . 20 days later got billed for $500. Procedure code 99215. "99215 Office or other outpatient visit for the evaluation and management of an established patient, which requires at least two of these three key components: a comprehensive history; a comprehensive examination; medical decision making of high complexity. Counseling and/or coordination of care with other providers or agencies are provided consistent with the nature of the problem(s) and the patients and/or familys needs. Usually, the presenting problem(s) are of moderate to high severity. Physicians typically spend 40 minutes face-to-face with the patient and/or family. Look at the time i spent with the Physician face to face (talked answer some questions) 5 to 7 minutes. I was charged for 40 minutes not 15 minutes code . I am disputing this and talk to my insurance about this . Im totally disgusted with the way the front desk people misleads people, just to keep them waiting. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE AND HAVE ALL DAY TO SIT AND WAIT.

Do not go here!!!! There is a care plus across from Federal Way H.S. That is way better! This place has the most unfriendly staff I have ever experienced!!!! In addition to the fact that these doctors are awful and totally unfriendly and they do not help you for the amount of money you pay! I was in there as a cash paying patient first of all it was $130 to walk in the door and then they charge you another $30 for a urine sample to be taken which I do understand because I also work for a Dr. which is why I was so taken back with how unfriendly their front desk worker were because in our office ours are trained to be friendly to our patients since the patients are already having a hard time. But I also called having a problem after and they didnt get back to me for hours and when I called the next day the girl told me I would get a call back in 15 min and I didnt get a call back for over 3 hours and it was them telling me I needed to come back in for something so simple they could have called something in but im sure they just wanted me to pay another $130 so they could just write me another prescription and send me on my way. Thank god the Dr. I work for was willing to help me since I was right and the meds they gave me gave me the other infection I experienced. My advice to anyone looking for urgent care around there go to any other one. This one is not worth your time or money. You would be far better off going to ER.

My mother was in terrible pain and couldnt get in to her primary care doctor so I talked her in to going to a walk in clinic and unfortunately this is where she went. She saw Dr. Grimmes who was completely unprofessional and actually told her she shouldve gone somewhere else for her problems. HE STAYED ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOM AND DID NOT TOUCH HER ONCE THE ENTIRE TIME TO EXAMINE HER. She asked him if he was going to touch her stomach or back where she was in pain and he refused to and told her he didnt have to and it was just a bladder infection. Then she revealed a rash on her chest and asked him to look at it, he said you pulled your shirt down and I can see it from here. Looking at the other reviews here it looks like this isnt the first time his name has been mentioned. My mother did say she had been here once before and had a very nice doctor, but for her to leave in tears today I was infuriated. If I was not three hours away I would have immediately gone in there and given this crackpot a piece of my mind. If you come here and get Dr. Grimmes, I suggest running the other direction.

I went here for an L&I claim and after the first visit this place has great PT. The first visit was to set up my claim at this location and it was a 6 hour wait even with an appointment. After the waiting room I waited hours in the backroom and was starving and bored with nothing to read and my phone had died. I dont know why a long wait is the norm at this place but just be prepared with snacks and entertainment. If you get past that initial appointment, the PT department is GREAT. its separate from the clinic and its all by appointment only so you can rely on your appointment time. The staff there are really knowledgeable and helpful. They give home excerises and are willing to chat about any questions you have. I was just eating ibuprofen everyday before coming here and now I can handle my muscle strain with stretches and lifting soup cans at home. The PT is worth the initial set up. If you go to the clinic afterwards try to go right when they open with an appointment for no wait time.
