Ive been with Valley Medical for about 6 years and the single most consistent thing, across all valley medical center clinics Ive called, and for sure at the two Ive attended (Fairwood and Cascade clinics) is the WAIT TIME ON THE PHONE. Every single time Ive called over the past SIX years Ive had to wait MINIMUM 8-10 min on hold before getting through, MINIMUM! After a couple years I noticed the trend so I very kindly explained this to the person on the other side of the phone but they say sorry, thats just how it is/they cant do anything about it. It doesnt matter what time of day, Ive called at all different times knowing this was going to be a problem. While wait times do vary, they have never been less than 8 min. This is beyond ABSURD. And for years Ive given them the chance. Ive thought to myself, "Meh, theyll get it figured out soon." But no. They really have not figured it out at all. The phone wait may not seem like a big deal but look; - Between all the lunch hours Ive wasted and the frustration of dealing with this over the years, - Calling, waiting on hold for 12 min and having the call drop, calling back and waiting another 15 min before I can talk to someone, - All the times I called and had to give up because never got through after waiting 10 min. - And all the gas after giving up and driving there just trying to set up an appointment, I realize I would have been better off going with a provider who got it right to begin with. If you are not a customer of Valley Medical, DO NOT become one. 6 years experience tells me they wont be there when you call, they dont plan to be, and they simply dont care. You cant get those hours of frustration back. Hopefully this review is the last chunk of time Ill be forced to waste on Valley Medical Center.

Disappointing , had stomach pains so I went to urgent care so they directed me to UW to turn in stool samples, told me I wouldnt be charged .. 561$ later they expect me to pay for just turning in samples , I told them on arrival I cant pay and they still proceeded to charge me. They told me if I had an issue to send in a dispute which was also denied .. This is disgusting I feel robbed . No one cared that I was having stomach pains they told me I was a problem and seemed to only care about handing over the bill ...

I lost my confidence in them. Doctors are too elegant and not professional. I switched doctor but they ignored. I am preparing to sue them. Any advise, they do not allow me to change the primary doctors. I pay my insurance each month and I deserve to have a good doctor.

Horrible clinic. Sent my mother in law to a pain specialist and wouldnt even give her enough meds to get her through until she saw them, after being on the same medications for over 12 years. Terrible bed side manner. Wouldnt go there if they were the last doctor on earth.

My husband had an injury at work and we came to the Talbot Professional Building to get his finger cured. The PA who saw him was very kind and pleasant as were all the rest of the staff and he was seen promptly at the time of his appointment.
