Dr. Kirby is very knowledgeable and caring of the animals he treats. Hes smart and works to find the problem. Not always easy on the purse, but you have to pay for experience, and he has a business to run. Animals dont talk, so sometimes guessing is necessary until you find the problem. He saved my dog from near death from a mystery disease. He didnt quit, kept me abreast of what was going on while he had my dog in his care and followed through until he saved her. I TOTALLY trust him and he has patients (my doggy and I) for as long as necessary.

We had our dogs examined at another local vet a month ago, but were unhappy with the service. They both had exams and were found to be good health. We now wanted to change vets, and were told it would be an additional $126 for our two dogs, for yet another routine exam (on top of the cost of getting their nails trimmed). Im in the health care industry myself, and I see this as nothing more than a scam. I guess we will stick with the vet were not totally satisfied with.

Dr. Kirby is extremely honest with us regarding our pets. He has helped us through decision making regarding our dog. He likes to have us keep in touch as she has heart disease. He also calls us when we leave messages regarding any changes in her health. I have had horses, cows, dogs, cats, pigs, etc. etc. and he is without a doubt the best vet I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Kirby for all your caring and honesty.

Took my new puppy in today. I couldnt have been more impressed with every aspect of our visit. From the time I walked in we were welcomed and given very friendly attention. If you are looking for a fancy vet office, then this one is not for you. If you are looking for quality care and a staff that cares for you and your pet, then I would recommend Dr. Kirby and his staff.

Dr. Kirby has been our vet for almost 30 years. He has taken great care of all our dogs and cats and even some guinea pigs. He always takes the time to explain what is going on with your pet and calls back to check up on how they are doing.
