Most Doctors and Pediatricians look down their nose at you when you tell them what is going on with your child and blow you off, relying on their own instincts and training to diagnose or rule out any problems. Its a very by the numbers kind of a system........ NOT WITH FIR CREEK PEDIATRICS!! You know your child better than anyone else, and she will listen to your input, never doubting you for a second and always making sure that you and your child are 100% satisfied with the care recieved!! A lot of Dr.s are pushing every medication known to man onto our youth but Michelle (Miki") wont just place a child on medications unless there truly is a NEED for it! Always compassionate and caring, diligently looking out for the safety, welfare, happiness and well being of her patients!!!!!!!! I took my son to the ER and wasnt comfortable with what the ER docs said about his bloodwork results, so I obtained copies of his bloodwork and called Miki on her cell. It turned out that she was driving home at that moment....she PULLED OFF THE ROAD and we went over every result and what they meant, making sure that I felt fully informed before ending the call. Youll never find a more wonderful Pediatrcian than Miki! The only reason I left her care was due to moving to southern Washington....and even then, for awhile, I drove 2.5 hours to her office to have any appointment for my children! (If gas prices werent so high, Id still be doing it!!) WE LOVE AND MISS YOU MIKI!!!!!

Fir Creek (Michelle Hayes) is my pediatrician recommendation to ALL of my clients (Im a birth doula) -- she is very understanding of those of us with alternative parenting styles, which is a quality very hard to find in pediatricians! She never pushes, but always informs, making sure you know all of your options before making a decision. She is thourough, knowledgable, and passionate about her work. I cant say enough good things about this office. The staff is wonderful, and they take more than enough time with you during the appointment. You never feel rushed when youre there. I wish *I* could have her at my practitioner! Try her out, you wont be dissapointed!

Michelle was recommended to my family for my boys. We have had previous pediatricians who did not know proper intact care and Michelle does. She is very knowledgeable. She is wonderful with my boys. They adore her therapy pet, which is a nice addition to pediatric care. I love how its not crowded or busy like other offices. When I take my boys I feel we get personal care and are not rushed out of the room for the next patient.

Customer service can definitely improve. They do not offer appointments for next visits so parents have to call in to make appointments for every month visits. The physician is fabulous, very knowledgeable and caring. The therapy pet takes getting used to but that is definitely different to see in a pediatric center.

We were charged for an additional office visit at a well child exam for asking a question. Unless you want to be charged every time you visit in case you ask a question go else where
