This place is horrible. I do not suggest you go there. The vets only care about your money. They charged me $250 to NOT fix a problem, but bandage it and give my dog some medication. My vet charged me $95 to fix the entire problem, give my dog medication, AND trim all of his nails. I understand emergency care costs more, but that is just messed up. They tried to quote me around $450 to fix it like my vet would have. Yeah right. The vet himself Dr. Trachtenberg was condescending and wouldnt budge with options, just sat there and pushed overpriced bills in our face after we told him that we didnt have that much in our bank account. If I did, I would have gladly drained it to get the problem fixed, but its all due at time of service... Then, while bandaging my dog, he was yelping and screaming worse than Ive ever heard and the tech comes out mocking him. I ended up taking him to our normal vet today at My Pets Vet, hes always excited to go there and loves the staff. They treat us well, and make sure that they only do what is necessary to his care without overcharging us. They told us to take him to Animal Emergency Service -East in Kirkland if something ever happens again.

Ive had two very positive experiences with this hospital, and havent actually paid for their services yet! The first time, I called and the receptionist was honest with me and told me they didnt have the highly specialized equipment needed for my dogs particular case and recommended I go to a neurologist instead. The second time, tonight, my puppy ate a bully stick and vomited up blood-colored vomit an hour later. I showed the tech photos of the vomit and she said it wasnt worth wasting the exam fee on something that was clearly caused by a bad bully stick that was now already out of his system. As a vet tech (in training) myself, I completely appreciate the open, honest, and kind approach this hospital takes with their clients and their patients and it is such a relief to me that they are so close to where I live. I will absolutely be using this clinic in the future should the need arise.

Weve had to bring our beloved Labradoodle to this animal hospital 3X in the last two years due to his very mischievous behavior. Each and every time I am so appreciative, impressed and thankful for their services. We have NEVER had to wait to be seen or treated. The doctors and staff are very kind, informative and helpful. They thoroughly review our options as well as our estimated costs for treatment. They call after hes been released to follow up and see how hes doing. But most importantly, our Milo has always been treated so well every time we have needed their help. I HOPE we never have to bring him back (as we want to curb his mischievous ways), but if our boy ever needs further treatment I would DEFINITELY bring him back to the Animal Hospital of Redmond.

A Wonderful Group of Doctors & Technicians - weve been a dozen or more times. Initially for blood tests that our regular vet clinic didnt have the specialized equipment for, but then an emergency popped up and we had a full day utilizing their talents and "ICU" for Critical Care. Outstanding in every way. We are in every 1-2 weeks for continuing blood tests, have gotten to know most of the doctors & technicians, and all have been great to our dogs - and even to us humans. Woof Woof to the AEH-Redmond team for taking such good care of our Husky Pack!

LOVE THE STAFF! 5+ Stars without a doubt! I had a GP with CHF and we were up for several nights struggling with his issues, and these guys were there to help out 24x7 via phone and in person, AND charge fairly reasonable rates compared to SVS in Kirkland. Id recommend these guys hands down. The doctors were so patient, and although lost my GP due to his health, the whole staff sent us a card with their hand written condolences, how cool is that? Be rest assured, if I ever have another dog and the need arises, I know where to take them!

I would highly recommend this place if ever you need to bring in your pets, as much as i hope you wouldnt have to. They are very understanding and provide quick service by presenting various options whenever applicable. Follow ups are mention worthy too. One time, my big goofy guy, Alfy was undergoing Barium treatment to push out something unwanted that he had eaten and was here overnight. I was super impressed on how they kept me updated and took out Alfy several times throughout the night to go potty and cleared out the issue.

AEH of Redmond saved my beloved kitty Baxters life. He was in a diabetic hypoglycemic coma probably minutes from death. They not only saved his life, but was a critical part of his recovery over the long months afterwards. Dr Fleming, all the veterinarians and vet tech staff are simply amazing. They are very knowledgeable and skilled, but even more than that they all truly love animals and deeply care about their furry patients and it shows in their care. Baxter is alive today because of them, and I am grateful.

I am sorry for those who apparently had poor experiences with this clinic. We, on the other hand, were very pleased. We brought our dog in Sunday evening and received nothing but loving, caring service -- promptly. The vet (a woman) and her technician (a woman) were compassionate and professional. Our dog received excellent care. The diagnosis was accurate. The result was success. We are so thankful that they were there during a time of trauma for us and our beloved pet.

New Years Eve.......10:30 PM..........Open and more than willing to take care of my 100 lb. Lab. He cut himself deeply in the backyard on what I havent a clue. (yet) Unlucky enough to hit a vein. I couldnt stop the bleeding so I took him in. They were very kind and professional. Sure emergency rooms are more expensive but its the same for us humans also. Hope you never need them but dont hesitate if your pet has a mishap. Thank you very much..........

I had an awesome experience with this care service. My lab suddenly developed hives all over her face, which scared me enough to take her in at 1:00am. Staff was limited, but they were very helpful and attentive. The cost wasnt too bad for being an emergency center either. I went home with good information on what I can do if she breaks out in hives again, hopefully avoiding another emergency vet visit for this particular thing happening again!

Had a scare when I got home late at night. Around midnight, when no one else is open. Kitten was pawing at her mouth and wiped a small amount of blood onto her paw. Called in and was calmed down. "Shed probably just lost a baby tooth." Went to my general Vet and confirmed it was 2! You guys are awesome! Thank you so much for the help!

We didnt actually end up going to the vet - they talked us out of it. They listened to the symptoms, asked questions and then told us that it didnt sound like an emergency and that it could probably wait until tomorrow when our cats regular vet is open.
