Im not one to give feedback on my experiences, but this clinic and veterinarian was so good to Riley and I that I feel compelled to do so. The entire staff was very welcoming and gentle with Riley, the prices are very reasonable, and I was never pressured to have unnecessary tests done (which is a big deal for me considering previous vets we have gone to). Dr. Ferguson spent a lot of time discussing canine health with me and was incredibly thorough! I loved that I left feeling as though I took a course in canine A&P and armed with more knowledge to care for Rileys needs. I dont think I will ever go to another Vet again:-)

Awesome staff, knowledgeable and caring. Love the kennel care. When we had to leave our dog for 5 days we were so concerned since longest was 2 nights. We picked him up and not stressed at all then had to go back within a day because forgot to have nails clipped while staying over and thought he would just brace himself as if to say dont take me again. He ran up to the caregiving staff and happy to see them. This meant a lot to us. Really appreciate having them available and recommend them.

Love love love Animal Medical. Family members referred me to this office. I am a first time dog-owner with two wonderful pups. Weve had a few little problems with the dogs over the last 2 years, and Dr. Ferguson and his staff always take the time to explain everything to me and have gone the extra mile more than once to allay my fears or get me what I needed. There is little staff turnover, and that speaks volumes. They are WONDERFUL, very compassionate, and they treat us like family.

Ive been taking my animals to Dr. Ferguson since 1997, when I first moved to this area. He has always been pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable, whether the animal was a bird, cat, or dog. He presents all options, including not to treat--unlike many vets, who want to do every procedure possible, whether the diagnostic yield is worth the trouble to the animal or the expense to the owner Hes incredibly smart (most vets nowadays are because vet school is harder to get into than medical school).

Dr Ferguson has always been truthful and caring about our dogs. He is also empathetic to my feelings as I am emotional about my dog Max when something is wrong. Vancouver is very fortunate to have a great Dr and Staff as those at Animal Medical. I refer them for their honesty and integrity to both our pets and us owners. His diagnoses and treatments have been correct for three dogs for the 16 years he has been helping me.

We came here a couple times with our puppy and had no issues or problems. We came in on a Saturday at 9:30am during open stated hours according to the website to check the place out for boarding our dog. The girl at the front desk was rude and said they were not open and that she was only waiting for someone. Even after I told her why we were there she told us the same thing. They obviously did not need our business.

He gave me a lot of information, answered all my questions, gave his perspective, and let me make an educated decision. Dr Ferguson is personable and great with my puppy. I am very pleased.

This place is the best thing since cheesecake! The care weve gotten there is what keeps us coming down from Longview for care. We appreciate very much that he told us our St Bernard was too big for him to do the surgery she recently needed instead of just doing it...now we trust Dr. Ferguson even more!!

Dr. Ferguson is a sensible vet with great diagnostic abilities. He cares for his patients and doesnt feel the need to order tests unless he feels like they will be beneficial to the outcome for the patient.
