I have been in tons of dental office in my life, including being in the dental field for abt 5 years. I went to the orchards location, and unfortunately for me, but lucky for them, I was never once introduced to anyone by name, not the assistant, the hygienist, nor the dr. Probably better because I cant call them out..Lets start from the beginning, hope you brought your popcorn-- I was 5 mins early, did my new patient forms by 3, my apt time. At 310 I was brought back to a ratchet X-ray room and parked, no X-rays because Im pregnant which I told them, and sent my most recent ones in via email. Listening to all the teenybopper assistants yell across the tiny office abt turning rms, yelling from sterilization to hygiene ops to dr ops. TACKY! At 328 my dental assistant took my to my doom room, didnt move the light, almost walked my head but lucky for her was watching out for it. My hygienist came in pretty soon after that cleaning started at abt 335.... Hand scale then ultrasonic throughougt abt a 6, not the best at all not the worst but my worst was abt a 5 so almost. She was a sweet elderly lady who looked like a fair god mother atleast that was charming. I had to have her revisit multiple spots in my mouth and feel like because she knew I had generalized sensitivity that she had to go really soft.... Assistant came in to polish, and said abt 4 times in 5 mins I dont know what Im doing, which the hygienist had to go grab her out of the break room because she was trying to get off work early. I feel like they got their assistants from the skill center fast and young.... She didnt hurt me by any means but she deff missed quite a few areas with my request of her going over them again. And left me with lots of polishing paste in my mouth to show the dr my pretty smile.... Oh boy this is the straw that broke the camels back... I get called maam.. I by no means am a maam. Not by my name not introduced nothing. He was like a bull in a china shop in my mouth and I by no means am a picky patient Ill remind you. I have never had a cavity but yet he insists on saying I need 5? But I specifically told him I didnt want fillings today because Im in my first trimester, then he said oh theyre just sealants.. A different assistant records FILLINGS! Which I caught at check out when they showed me my treatment plan.... My ins wouldnt cover sealants because Im an adult so obviously I didnt do them. Needless today when he wanted to "open me up" right there on one of them because he was deff not being a minimalist dentist I abt ran away screaming! I was holding onto hope that Id atleast get some more floss, who doesnt need floss?!.... Nothing, no toothbrush no floss no nothing. Im glad I told my hyg to not make my next apt with them because heaven forbid they forgot to give me a card... This office I figured looked outdated and more concerned with trying to crank people through Than patient care. If you have any reasonable bone in your body, you will not go there, not even for your children, i dont care, this place made me feel like I was in a third world country with pushy cocky Drs, hooligan assistants and one sweet fairy godmother. Needless to say, in canceling my husbands apt and having him go somewhere else, i will pay extra to not have him go where there is no decent level of standard of care. The end, and I hope you didnt break a tooth on your popcorn, if you did, I repeat again DO NOT GO TO CAREONE DENTAL.

Do not go here! i had some fillings i needed done and ended up at another dental office fixing their mistake. The dentist didnt fully fill the tooth which allowed bacteria to get in a drilled opened tooth, which was not fully filled properly by any means, (x-rays to prove it). I am assuming you can figure out what happened from there. I am now having to pay another dental clinic a lot of money due to their screw ups, please if you want a healthy mouth and not screwed up nerves in your teeth, go SOMEWHERE else! Oh, and if you have state insurance be careful of what they are trying to charge your insurance. I would rather have someone without a dental license work on my teeth than these people, they are horrible. I went to them about 7 months ago still in pain, and still fixing what they did and what they did not take care of.

I woke up with the worst tooth pain..called their office because it was closest to my house. The got me right in! Explained costs and gave me a cash discount. The told me it would be more but when I came in it was actually alot less. They fixed the tooth quickly and painlessly and the dentist and staff were kind and super efficent. I am switching to them and sending everyone I know there. They are the best!!!
