I went to this clinic by recommendation, and by my experience, because of their level of professionalism, I cannot in good conscience recommend this Clinic to others. I took a rescue animal here to get a look over, check the bite mark on the animal, to get me an answer if it’s fixed or not, and do some blood work to make sure it wasn’t carrying anything. . ((It’s a 5LB cat, with a wonderful temperament, that hasn’t been socialized too much. Very calm considering.)) $65 Dollars later.. I still don’t know if it’s fixed. The Veterinarian didn’t want to “stress the animal” by shaving it’s belly to confirm she wasn’t touching the belly button by mistake. I do not know if its chipped. They couldn’t figure out how to pull blood from the animal. The Vet’s heavy handed approach to her practice, even though the cat had not scratched or bit anyone and had only put up minor resistance to being contorted, had gotten the cat worked up. With three staff members, they could not figure a way to secure this animal after three attempts. Not of course, without offering for us to pay to sedate her, or pay to put a special mask on her. For simple blood work. A towel, a flea cone, and two staff members could have easily have done the job, but for this clinic, it wasn’t possible without opening up your wallet again. I did receive mite treatment and she did get the deworming shot. A total value of goods around 25 bucks. So somehow weighing her, listening to her heartbeat, and doing a quick look costed 40 dollars. However they appeared to not be advanced enough at their craft, to handle tasks beyond that, with any animal that wasn’t completely docile. …Unless you want to pay to put it to sleep… If you know what a basic infection looks like, there isn’t gunk in your animal’s eyes, or anything strikingly strange to your naked eye, save yourself the time and the money, and don’t bother with this establishment. If you don’t know the signs for ear mites are, google it. Too easy. They will not receive my repeat business after this and I’d recommend you save yourself from the experience. Edit: I agree completely with the review from "Tree". The other two members of the staff where pleasant and professional. One seemed a little inexperienced, but everyone has to learn somehow. The Vet herself however, was terrible and as tree described "seemed to be having a bad day".

I have 6 pets and will never take them anywhere else! I had tried half a dozen different vets in the area before Bloom Pet Hospital opened. Dr Busina is such a genuinely caring person and the animals just love her. She and her staff treat each patient with the utmost care and respect. Dr Busina takes the time to answer your questions and goes out of her way to find the best treatment for each patient. She is understanding of those of us that are on a strict budget and does her best to help prioritize treatments and minimize the costs. I recommend her to everyone I meet!

Our cat, Snickers was in a really bad way - lack of hair/licking hair off issue - and we thought we were going to have to put him down, because he was so itchy/scratchy/licky....;-(. BUT, we took him in this past April, and low and behold, the doctor knew what he needed, and said it may not work 100%, but he is totally cured of his issue, and needs a bit of a booster now, but he grew all of his hair back, and is very healthy again, thanks to the expertise of this fine vet! Thanks so much for giving us our healthy Snickers Back!

We were moving due to a military move overseas and they went above and beyond to make sure all the tremendous amount of paperwork that was to be accomplished was accurate and properly filled out. This was our first time using the vet and it felt like we had been going there for ages. Very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had.The country that we were entering (UK) has very strict laws regarding bringing animals and they were able to enter without any problems. Would recommend them anytime!

The best vet I have ever had in all the years that I have had animals! Dr.R has been my vet for 9 years now and i have always enjoyed a polite, professional, and well educated service from her as well as her staff. I drive an hour to receive her service and I am more then happy to make the drive! Truly, an amazing vet who constantly exceeds my expectations! In my opinion, the most passionate about the wellness and happiness of animals available in Washington.

my cat was bitten in the face and had a huge abcess and a really high temp this wonderful place fixed him right up and even kept him overnight without charging me a fortune made it very affordable for us to help our loving kitty we could not imagine not having him around so we are so very thankful for this place the employees were very friendly i would highly recommend this vet!!!!

The staff was awesome but the actual vet we met with today was awful, she acted like she would care then would roll her eyes as she left the room. Even when she would greet customers and head to the back/behind the desk or counter you could see her smile just drop. Sorry if you were having a bad day at work but you didnt need to make ours feel even shittier.

Great small town vet clinic. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. I love how the doc presented options for my pets care respectful of my budget. The facility is the only real drawback; its an old house converted into a clinic. Overall I prefer this clinic for my dog and cat care!
