I went to Dr. Mosley-Mendez on a referral from my primary doctor. I had a mole that had grown and changed color and shape on my face, next to my ear. Dr. Mosley-Mendez looked at the growth and stated my insurance did not cover "cosmetic" procedures. Although it had obviously changed size and shape over the last several months, and the reason I had a referral from my primary. Her "bedside" manner was abrupt and uncaring, while she asked me "what I wanted done"? I told her I wished to have it removed. She abruptly cut off the mole, the procedure took 3 minutes of time, no bandage, and I left with blood streaming down my face with direction to moisturize. TERRIBLE

If you need real medical attention, do not go to her. She is a saleperson with a phD. She doesnt help with any condition you have, she just pushes her TERRIBLE line of products. You would think a DERMATOLOGIST wouldnt have parabens and SLS in her products, she does! She "prescribed" me basically over priced amino acids after I told her they are already a part of my daily regimen. She was the worst doctor Ive ever been to, do not waste your time or money

Even though I live up in Tampa, I still head down to visit her. The thing that makes her special, is that she cares about how I look. I feel like too many dermatologists just care about cutting out every last bad cell despite how it leaves you afterwards. If you are the kind of person who cares about your appearance, I think youre going to like her.

They called me while I was walking up to their office to tell me they dont take my insurance. This is after they already verified my insurance the day before over the phone. Complete waste of time and totally unprofessional. Dont use them.
